    Thanks Nimbus for all knowledge sharing. But we need to ensure that we save our scientists both physically and aspiration wise. History had been that some countries had been jealous of any progress that bharat makes, when they feel that are not able to match bharat in overall programs then they start targetting our scientists. We had suffered huge losses in the past, wish we can protect the scientists, their aspirations, their family and security needs

      Space is not rewarding in short run but only in longer run. Having obsession to attain dominance in space could backfire as happened with soviets.
      Remember, it used to be the Spanish being the pioneering explorers, not the British, yet British end up in colonizing the most of the world in the end.

    Given such small budget, ISRO shouldn't work on so many models but instead focus on just 1 or 2 models of heavy lift reusable launch vehicles. Working on so many models in parallel divides the work force, funds, delays timeline and reduces ease of mass production

    • @commieTerminator
      @commieTerminator ปีที่แล้ว

      @supersonicdiesel4836 if u don't know, spaceX has only 2 kinds of rockets right now and every year it launches more payload than rest of the world combined. For context, in year 2009 $230 million was sanctioned to ISRO for development of SCE-200 and it's still under development. If ISRO divides its workforce for multiple rockets then guess how many more decades it'll take

      Not enough satellites are launched....there are many companies who will be launching thousands of new satellites in future and these launch vehicles will not only be used for launching satellites in orbit but they will be used for launching the payloads for the Indian space station which might require multiple rocket launches and they will be used for inter planetary missions also because ISRO is developing heavy rockets under Human Space Programs so they know what they are doing it's just they won't reveal now

Still ISRO is doing wonders with their limited budget and resources.
