I had this guy visit our muay thai gym for a while. Guy was a nice person, moved a bit awkward, you could tell he had no athletic experience. But everytime the training would get challenging he woukd start yelling "You don't know me son!" You don't know me son" - it was hilarious- He came to a sparring session, guys took it easy on him because he was new - Never came back

Actually the guy on the right just has stronger wrists and hand strength, and goggins excels in forearm strength which is why he can hold the guy but not take his wrist in a toproll.

yeah he actually had 60 broken ribs, 50% blind on his left eye, sleep and food deprived, had just ran 100km... You don't do this when your arm is broken and recovering my guy, it's a mildly dangerous exercise for your arm even if healthy
i remember when I was arm wrestling with a guy who obviously stronger than me. The whole time I almost lost but he can't get the win either but at the end he get tired and I won. Best feeling ever.
