this good and have a nice vibe about productivity. i think you will be able to complete your task with ease using this setup. i want to suggest something though. the drawer where you stack the small note and scissor is not going to work. when you open it. they will slide forward and when you close it, it will slide backwards. i suggest you putting a little box or basket. so they have partition like in the kitchen drawer where you separate spoon from fork. i think they come in different sizes. and will definitely make it easier to hold the stacked stuff
