TikTok Creator Maddy Baloy Dies of Cancer at 26

- Maddy Baloy was a kindergarten teacher in Florida when she was diagnosed in February 2023 with an aggressive cancer that spread from her colon throughout her abdomen. She shared her journey under the user name Fruit Snack Maddy on TikTok. As the cancer progressed, fans came together to help Maddy fulfill her bucket list. It included trying stand-up comedy, being featured on a podcast, and meeting her favorite chef, Gordon Ramsay. Maddy passed away, “surrounded by love,” according to her fiancé.

So young, devastating. Colon cancer seems so common, can't help but think it's all the garbage people eat these days. Stores have become poison central, it's not food.
There's names on food packages that you can't even pronounce. I really believe that it affects our whole body including our minds.
I lost my grandpa from colon cancer when I was 19 and I still miss him every day. May this beautiful young lady rest in peace, with no more pain and suffering.

I had cancer at 45 and I was in great shape.. They took the top half of my left lung and had me do chemo and I was good for 15 years until the day before my 60th birthday.. Started coughing up blood and went to the emergency room and they found cancer again.. It was just a spot on the bottom right lung until they had me do a pet scan and my chest was lit up like crazy.. Trust me you don’t want any part of cancer ♋️… I don’t have any live cancer in me but I have a bunch of dead cancer because it was all non operable … Radiation was the worst part and chemo was nothing… I was able to keep my hair this time… Never wish for something you don’t want.., Cancer is not a joking matter.. That stuff will kill you and not think about you twice… I’m going on 62 this year and trying to get back in shape so I can do things with my grandson who lost his dad 6 years ago to a drunk driver… My only son… If things get better I still have a long ways to go before I can even walk a mile… Be careful with what you wish for……

When I ever I hear the word cancer, it makes me shudder. Hearing someone has been diagnosed with cancer or has already going through treatments makes my heart ache. Somehow, it’s worse when it’s young people or even children. I’m very sorry she passed away, and offer my heartfelt condolences to everyone who knew and loved . These kind of things affect me more than some people because I have survived pancreatic cancer, which is very rare. Best wishes and good health to anyone anyone that happens to read this comment.😘

Ugh, what a genuine loss. I wish I could have gotten to cross paths with her or possibly have my kids in her class on day. She seemed so lovely and like such an incredible light. Way way too young. 27 was probably my favorite year of my 20s, so sad that she didn't get to see the full year through and turn 27. Sending love and positivity to her family friends and community

This breaks my heart when I see so many young people dying from cancer. I am going on 78 and wish it was me instead of these sweet younger people. I have lived life with many experiences and travel and served 3 years in the US Navy as a Navy Wave during Vietnam. I have traveled to so many countries too. Life is not fair and I don't think it's ever been that way for most people in life. 😢😢😢💔💔🙏

A dude told me that his father died at 52 from a stroke, then 16 years his mother died at 67 from cancer.

I started my bucket list after my diagnosis in 2021. I am in remission but not taking chances. I am traveling more. I have been to Hawaii, Florida and this year to Costa Rica. I am taking an drama class, taking hot yoga. Eating more vegan 🥗 and veggie style to lose weight. Spending more time with family and friends and working. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥹🥹🥹 condolences to family and friends. It really is a terrible disease to deal with.
