- A Texas resident called 911 after mistaking a screaming French Bulldog for their neighbor in an apartment building. Walter the French Bulldog’s bark sounds as if he's being tortured. His owner, Amber Martin, says the 911 call happened when she left Walter alone for just a few seconds. That’s when the adorable dog’s separation anxiety kicked in. Inside Edition’s Ann Mercogliano has more.

The lady down the street from me has a frenchie and her dog sounds like a woman screaming. 911 was a called a few times, now they ask if it's the dog screaming before they send anybody out.
I'd rather hear about something like this than some fool who heard a domestic dispute, could have helped and didn't call. The dog really does need training and maybe some sort of supplements or something to help him chill out though.

i had social services waiting for me on my doorstep because they believed i had left a newborn baby home alone ...i had to let them in and show them the baby ...my adult siamese cat ...whenever i had to leave her home she would cry and it sounded exactly like a newborn baby.

I almost adopted a French Bulldog until I learned how much their vet bills would cost me every year and then I changed my mind
My Frenchie goes to the vet twice a year and it’s $40-$60 per visit plus the cost of shots.. it’s not any different or more than any other dog.

@@MirageTMNT80sOG yeah God forbid I come home from a 12 hour shift at work to loud excessive barking. I love dogs, but nobody should have to put up with that especially if excessive barking interferes with one’s ability to enjoy one’s home. Rent is too high these days to put up with that.

@@LouLou-dn6pq Excessive barking has to do with whether it reasonably interferes with one’s ability to enjoy one’s home and it can be a violation of the noise ordinance. She’s obviously doing it for social media and disturbing a lot of people in the process.

Some people swear they've been able to get their dogs to be very calm with a collar that has herbs or some kind of scent on it I can't remember what it's called but a little research and one should be able to find it .
My neighbors swore it worked on their French Bulldog which had separation anxiety and she said it really helped him calm down a lot
After this happened, anytime someone actually calls 911 for a real crime report,
