You have to keep in mind that BigBang are from a totally different era of kpop. When they first debuted there wasn't as much hiphop/Western influence as there is today. The kpop of today really only started in 2015 but even then things have changed so much in the last 5 years. These guys are that group that a lot of groups active nowadays look up to and are inspired by. There's really no way to OVER hype them, they were, and in many ways are still, a VERY big deal! Love the reaction! Please do "Fantastic Baby" by them next! It came out in 2012 so forgive the fashion lol but it was one of their biggest songs!

Big Bang is one of the OGs for spreading Kpop globally. I managed to catch them in concert once and it was awesome! Unfortunately the band was in hiatus for several years as the band members went for military service. During this time, the Kpop wave exploded - it's just unfortunate that the boys weren't around to enjoy this, especially since they were the ones who paved the way for other groups to flourish globally. That said, there's still plenty of Big Bang fans who are just waiting for a comeback someday!

You have to keep in mind that BigBang are from a totally different era of kpop. When they first debuted there wasn't as much hiphop/Western influence as there is today. The kpop of today really only started in 2015 but even then things have changed so much in the last 5 years. These guys are that group that a lot of groups active nowadays look up to and are inspired by. There's really no way to OVER hype them, they were, and in many ways are still, a VERY big deal!

Big Bang is one of the OGs for spreading Kpop globally. I managed to catch them in concert once and it was awesome! Unfortunately the band was in hiatus for several years as the band members went for military service. During this time, the Kpop wave exploded - it's just unfortunate that the boys weren't around to enjoy this, especially since they were the ones who paved the way for other groups to flourish globally. That said, there's still plenty of Big Bang fans who are just waiting for a comeback someday!
