It's the Jamestown Bridge in Rhode Island, where it was known that they had filmed. It's a particular bridge because it rises. The house is located at 109 Melrose Ave Jamestown, Rhode Island. Google Maps will find only an entrance to a private property (south direction - right side). But by the view from above you will understand that it is precisely the same house. Bye. p.s.
