I just placed second in my regional high school bowling tournament. I’m so happy. And I only own 4 weak balls and it was a super heavy pattern so I struggled
In the future just sand one or two of them down. You'll be alright with weaker balls if you have one in that low 500-1500 range, then 2k to 3k range, and a shiny one. The cover/surface is like 80% of the reaction. Having a "heavy oil ball" will help but just changing the surface with a sanding pad will work just fine

Would love to see a video where Darren is against a amature and the the wheel is only for him to throw different hand releases like suitcase, reverse hand flick, and palm no thumb just as some examples. Would hopfully give the amature just enough wiggle room to compete. or the wheel applied to both with two pros.
Darren, I've always just thrown the balls(same with discs in disc golf)... in many, if not all these videos, the bowler talks about symmetrical and non-symmetrical balls--solid and pearl, and lots of numbers(2.48-.052)... I have no idea what any of that means! Can you give a quick explanation of that crap?

I would love to see a rematch where the rule is you can pick your own ball as long as you are throwing strikes but if you don't strike your opponent picks your next ball
