Even their tattoos are thai. Very cool how martial arts can be the driving force of someone's culture regardless of where they are from.
agreed, that is the great thing about martial arts. if you really get into it, it can change your life so much. muay thai is blessed with a great culture.
I’m southeast Asian I gotta say, Thais are the coolest round here
Sak yant dude twin tigers simble of of power and strength for mauythai fighters, plus Good luck the 4 lines from your monk Aregn! You have to belive in the spirits the pee mai in thai is ghosts that's when they give your 🙌I've been living in Thailand 14 years I have all sak yant tattoos
This is exactly why i never understood cultural appropriation comments. It's cultural appreciation. People like aspects of other cultures and they adopt them. No greater sign of respect than to embrace it.
@@Terran0va_Plays true, they're dividing people.
My god those knees... you catch one of those vicious technique, its game over

@@SiamBoxing TH-cam is amazing, im literally in the other side of the World (Perú) and finding this is the best can happen to me in 2020.
Mad to think of the progress Nico has made since this video. He’s doing pads with Haggertys coach to now potentially fighting him, this sport is growing so much
He's ranked 1st in bantamweight now I can't wait for that fight
@@gladiatorplayz552 same mate, wil be huge!
Excellent technique just lovely to watch.
i agree, Many thanks!
When I was a kid in the 80’s in the US there were no Thaiboxing gyms and only a rare VHS tape or 2 to learn from.
So jealous of these young guys and the access to information they have now.
Respect to them that they chose martial discipline above computer games and chasing girls, they will NEVER regret this choice.
it is a wise choice. today's generation are super talented and like you say have great access to so much knowledge now you can see how good the next gen are.
@@SiamBoxing I suspect a big reason was this great coach. Lucky b@astards!
You could do long pants kickboxing
@@MbisonBalrog LOL oh yeah with bell bottoms!

His kicks and knees and elbows are amazing. How long has he been training? Must've been from a very young age.
he started quite young so despite being young hes got some experience. thanks for watching
I heard he only trained 3 months before becoming national champion.
@WOLF & BEAR wow he has natural talent combined with hard work 👍
Great technique, BEST GLOVES EVER. I am you fan!

Couldn't agree more! amazing gym and guy. thank you for watching the video i should hopefully do some more with the guys soon.
I normally don’t like a video but I did for this one. this guys power and speed is something else. I thought Sam tahiru hit hard but this guy also has cardio on his side.
well thank you for liking the video.
See him do it live lol
This guy is a whole different level of crisp on the pads... Wow
Impressive elbows thrown with same arm in quick succesion!
I started boxing one of the coaches friend introduced me to Muay Thai and I love it so much
0:57 i’m in awe of this small feint. fakes the kick with upper body movement and comes forward with a straight right. beautiful!
Amazing work out and beautiful gloves!
Beautiful length and extension on the right hand not cramping his work and crowding the shots
100 percent. thanks for watching.

Amazing work out ! Very good explosion, aggressive and great combinations!
Just one word. Fantastic!
Wow, just wow, very precise striking with great movement by pad man! Subbed.
Thanks for the sub!
Sorta mad watching this 2 yrs later. No doubt Nico is going to make serious waves on ONE. Mad work ethic and determination.
Really awesome seeing him do padwork with Christian Knowles. Watching him execute signature moves I associate with Jonathan Haggerty. (ex: the triple elbow, or the step into elbow). Cannot wait to see what’s in store for the guy!
It's very beautiful to watch. Good balance and powerful hit.
i agree, hes got good technique.
Surgical precision. I've had a broken rib from a knee - and I shudder to think what his knee technique would feel like.
Beautiful!!!!! Keep the good work !! I will be trying all these combos ! Thanks 👍!!!
Enjoy! let us know how you get on with your training utilising these combos

In my dreams I strike like this, reality is a different story
haha, practice makes perfect so keep trying.
Take a half step toward the target. Big difference
Dude no way I'm the complete opposite! in my dreams my arms are so floppy if I'm fighting and it scares me... But when I fight/hit pads in real life I'm neutarly good😭😅 I just can't fight in my dreams😂

Brutal knees 😮
Holy his knee strikes and kicks are so FAST 💨
拳、腿、肘、膝都很有勁道,武術技能很強!
The punches, legs, elbows and knees are very strong, and the martial arts skills are very strong!
i agree. thank you for watching the pad work video
I started Muay Thai at age 41.
It would be hard to overstate the good it’s done me.
What do you mean? Was it a bad choice?
I lost 70 pounds. I finally quit drinking. I got a physique that I thought had long since passed me by. I found out I don't actually suck at sports as much as I thought. More drive to get shit done, a new confidence that I can put in the hard work and achieve big goals... too much to list heh@@hassanchaudhary9300
Nice padwork! Great work on both sides
1:18 you’re welcome everyone, elbow time 😳 👏
I want him in the One Championship!
Good sesh.
Looks like guesting at Knowsley

So good to watch. I’ve just come off a drinking bender and those knees to the solar plexus made my stomach churn 😂
What a great video🙏
Thank you 🙌 really appreciate that.
Great !
thank you
Man that is one heavy yet snappy right kick Jesus
thanks for watching man
Nice work, guys😎👊🏽💥
Thank you 👊
this is some next level tekken shit
lmao i no
Power and precision
2 key ingredients.
Front push kicks are hard to do. I find myself going bbackwards when I do a front push kick on an opponent :-(
practice makes perfect, work on good balance and stance, running also helps strengthen the legs to give you a good solid base
Target the lower abdomen of your push kick. They have no choice but to go backwards
Yessss straight out of scotstoun nico boy😎
such a talented fighter
Yes definitely just watched the fight
He Dominated him
Crazy fast switch kick
hes unreal, super talented. thank you for checking the video out

it sure is bro. thanks for checking the video out
No body notice his cardio 🧠👌🏼👌🏼
hes got great cardio, this particular day was 34 degrees in London which is super hot for us and i think maybe 15 rounds or so of sparring then pads after. crazy
fantastic!
Thank you! Cheers!
Before reading please know that I'm honestly asking this question because I want to know how effective certain combination can be. I'm a huge fan of Haggerty and his coach is something else for sure, that's why I want to ask. How effective do you think that 3 elbow combination can be, I see that the tak mala after the spear elbow does not carry much power and eventhough that elbow is more of a cutting elbow than a KO elbow it's still the elbow and it can certainly be a blaster, but don't you think it would be best that instead of throwing the tak mala after the spear he could throw a spinning elbow with his left following the tak mala? just an honest question again..
you guys are absolute beasts and I love the channel!! Much love from Costa Rica
BTW love that roundhouse+cross.. it's one of my favs when I spar
its one of them what may work for one may not work for another, and you would probably have to be at a certain level to pull it off. i say do whatever is most comfortable for your body mechanics if it lands it would cause effect but also look pretty amazing too. you will see haggerty pull these off no problem
Nice moves
cheers for watching
Top d mas 👌👏👏👏
thank you for watching
Very good
Thanks
Who’s the pad holder ? Great team and chemistry between the two
That's Nico's coach JP
This is incredible as a newbie to Muay Thai would I be correct in saying he’s a Muay Femur ?
Vicious!
