I always envy people who reverts to Islam and don’t speak Arabic bc of their honest feelings and their deep focus on the recitation and how it affects their hearts in beautiful way. I think bc I used speak and hear Arabic I don’t get the same affection as they do during the recitation. I don't think that's why.. maybe coz when we recite or read The Qur'an, we do feel that it's Allah who talk Directly to us, thru our Mouth.. Coz when we Accept islam, we know very well that The Qur'an is The Words of God.. Bro, it's The Words of God.. how can you take it Lightly? Whenever you read The Qur'an, means God is talking to you.. 🤦 Except for Al-Fatihah.. that Surah is Super Special.. It's the only Surah in The Qur'an which is not Allah talking to us.. but Allah tell us how we should ask Allah in the best way Posible, According to Allah.. There is a reason why Al-Fatihah is the first Surah.. coz everything should Start with us PraiSing Allah and asking Allah for Guidance.. I think, if Al-Fatihah is not the first Surah in The Qur'an, then the whoLe Qur'an won't even be Revealed by Allah.. Edit : i'm Obviously not talking about Iqra'.. lol..
Honestly, listening to the words of Allah this way always gives me the strength and extra power as if I've got everything I need in this life and the hereafter. I feel blessed, powerful, complete....happy I'm on the straight path Insha'Allah. Very grateful to Allah for making me a Muslim.....May HE make it easy for us all. Ameen.

Surat yusuf is beautiful and it is about the story of joseph i recommend it but its a little bit long about 40 min
