  • We have taken the time to produce this workout video on SUP board as an inspiration to your regular strength and stability training.
    The fitness program include 24 exercies and the video can be downloaded to your smartphone. If you place your smartphone in a water resistant protective case, then you can bring the phone with you on the SUP and pause the video between each exercise.
    SUP Fitness is an alternative and fun way to train your entire body strength and stability. When training on a SUP board, the water challenges your body during each exercises and the difficulty increases so you achive a more powerful training.
    SUP Fitness can be performed any where on the water in a calm and beautiful environment, which also relaxes the rest of your body and soul.
