  • This video is all about the thrust test of Racerstar 2207 BR2207S Fire Edition 2500KV. I have tested this motor with 5-inch and 6-inch tri-blade propellers. I have also tested a 1000kv brushless motor with a 10-inch and an 8-inch propeller.
    I have also designed and made a Test rig. The best part of it is that we can test different motors on it.
    Watch this informative video, especially the conclusion part.
    There's so much to understand in this video.
    Thank you and have a nice day.
    Help me guys in reaching 10 K subscribers :-)

    • @saraheart8527
      @saraheart8527 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are supposed to know that by the manufacturer's specs. And every battery made has it's own C rating
      depending on the quality of the materials used, as well as the quality of the build by the battery company. These companies are notorious for over-rating the crap out of the battery's to impress you and get you to buy them.

      Well it was a test for my new and old motors. Because I want to compare the actual thrust of the motor with its performance chart. And I need the results because my future projects are complicated and so compact that these parameters will play an important role in designing that. So I shared the results with you all.
      And yes I have used different propellers because racerstar 2500 kv motor was designed for 5 Inch propeller but I have tested it with 6 Inch too. And 1000 kv motor for 10 Inch but I have tested it with 8 Inch....and I don't fee like to use more propellers on it because these sets were common.

      @@MechNinja you're obviously an engineer. What's commercially available isn't always the most efficient. You also have a 3d printer, and that was also the short way of asking if you had access to research and knowledge that the basic public doesn't have, or, have aggregated said knowledge from the multitudes of sources out there. For instance, the noctua fans have an extremely efficient way of moving air around and are some of the quietest designs.
      I do wonder how long it will take to get aluminum and iron based batteries for things like this. What has been promised for performance will be exciting for projects like this.

    Bro which is best motor to produce 25kg of thrust ?

    • @MechNinja
      @MechNinja  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      25 kg thrust is way more for electric ducted fan (EDF). The max thrust which a commerical available EDF can produce is 12 to 13 kg max. So you need to use two of them. But the problem will be the battery size because these EDF consume much current. And also if there is no such requirement.of EDF than you can go for T motors. T motors has a lot of thrusts. It can easily provide you 25 kg with 24 Inch propeller but it is costly. And if you are planning to design a manned drone that I will suggest you to first make its miniature version and find you the problems.
