As a fellow solo traveller of 11+ years you hit so many emotional parts on the head! I also love the pep talk from your mom about the courage it takes to solo travel! So geeked to see part two of this vlog! (Although I watched many of it from your stories) Loved your honesty AND that you still packed your LV! 😂🤍.
Elated that I found you on TH-cam Eni! South African here & appreciate how intentional you're being around where you travel & spend your money. Must mention just what a pity it is that Africans are often priced out of luxury travel within the continent, keen to see more of us enjoying the many benefits of travel. You're so darn relatable & dope sis! Bingeing on your videos. PS: I know you enjoyed Ukko's food lol.
I love this Eni my 1st solo trip was to Paris in 2011 and then Dubai a few years after. My family and friends thought I was insane because solo travel wasn't as celebrated back then. Love to see it and love the content!
What a beautiful trip! Thanks for bringing us along and having real talk. Solo traveling is great but those moments of loneliness do creep in and it’s okay to acknowledge them. I love how you talk freely about your faith and wanting a Godly man. I have been off of IG for awhile so hear is the only place I can see your content and it’s nice seeing this side of you! So happy that you get to experience this life. Can’t wait to travel more!
Girllllaaaa, you are me & I am you.. from the faith talk to the appreciation of how far you’ve came, I have these exact feelings and thoughts while my solo traveling. I just don’t film them lol so these vlogs actually help me feel a bit understood. From one NYC girlie to another, you’re doing amazing sweetie! 💖
Eni you are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing this trip with us. It's nourishing to watch the content of other young black Christian women.. exploring the world in such an authentic and beautiful way ❤ Your moments of reflection ring true for many of us!
This was Soo beautiful to watch, I can't wait for the next one and I just want to say I appreciate your honesty and i know God is definitely going to give you his best son out just the way you want him❤ and im always rooting for you 💐
Literally just a couple minutes in an I already know this is going to be fire. I really want to complete a solo trip like this, particularly while I'm out of a relationship, and can enjoy the experience for myself. Can you share some keys on how you planned your trip, resources, how you choose your hotel and saved costs (SA suite was indeed fire)intinery drafts or templates. Also did you know the guide who was with your or did you schedule him through a group or the tour guide for Namibia? The idea of reaching and planning feels overwhelming but it's something I really want to try on my own. #WhatAmIDoingInAfrica lol, the we're going to have a good time Leslie after he said welcome home, it's a vibe. Also we love the yapping ooo, especially when you connect it with your relationship with God. Mannn that find a man of God and one that'll be on that lets pray about it, let me annoint you with oil vibes, search is so real. I'm originally from down and moved to the NY/NJ area and I got that feeling sometimes. There is a church called All nation NJ, that's different from my usual church home but they had a concert that was very spirit filled, tounges filled, prayer filled and the young black people were very present. Maybe they have a NY branch or you can come out to the next concert in NJ. They have insta and FB platforms
I hope she sees your comment and makes a video about the planning I’d love to take a trip like this too but I feel a little scared traveling alone as a woman
@@WrapFiqah You and me both my girl. I know the feeling regarding the safety concern but I believe doing it with a credible tour company would help. For me, it's the discomfort of going alone as a very social person, even though once I'm there I'll prob meet people, etc. I'm going to work on doing small trips and solo dates, so I can work my way up to it
I saw her talk about all of this on her Instagram, essentially she had a travel company organize the trip for her and she gave them what she wanted to do, what she needed and her budget! It's at the end of her Namibia highlight towards the end on her ig.
Hi 👋🏾 Love to see ‘us’ travel🎉Young or old=agreed. I stumbled onto your channel because I have a scheduled Namibia trip next August(2025). Any packing tips outside of the typical sunscreen/hat/light jacket? Or maybe you covered that in part 2…heading there now. Glad you trusted Him and the process to have a successful, exploratory trip!🙏🏿
This whole video is so real. From the trying to save locations for a spouse but they are taking time to the Man of God buttt is he really?? But i enjoyed the content as always
I mean to be fair, the white Namibian wasn't being weird, most black tourists outside Africa don't come to Africa. They stigmatize it unfortunately. Black tourists in Africa are a recent thing.
This was Soo beautiful to watch, I can't wait for the next one and I just want to say I appreciate your honesty and i know God is definitely going to give you his best son out just the way you want him❤ and im always rooting for you 💐
I’m soo happy to hear you advocating for African tourism 😊sometimes it feel like full circle when you are of African descent
This content touches my soul. God is so intentional 🫶🏾

"i can not see nature and not see God" that's a barrrrrr

🎉🎉🎉🎉
What tour company did you use?
Hi Eni, please who’s your travel agent?
That jacket!! H&M?! Looks like Barbour
what hotel did you stay in in Johannesburg?
The Saxon!
hanky panky 😭😭😭

Heavy on the "as long as he's a man of God"!! There are very few LEGITIMATE (not performative) Christian men available who meet our criteria
