I stop especially when I see my kids getting older and becoming teens really wants you to take our walk with Jesus more serious.. that why I had so much conviction and humility to stop entertaining Halloween. I did not see the enemy celebrating high holy days . Enemy laughs at us when he see God people playing lukewarm games. I had started feeding my spirit not my flesh . I had to stop and think if this pleases our father and it absolutely challenging. God know that we go through trails and tribulations , sometimes a fast from distraction can help strengthen your walked with God ❤

I got saved 2 years ago and the Lord told me not to celebrate Halloween. I said okay and haven’t celebrated it since. People and some even family and friends have told me I’m crazy and it’s not that big of a deal but I have continued to not celebrate it and last year my church held a prayer night on Halloween so we could pray over the night as so much spiritual warfare is going on. I love your videos so much and I’ve been wondering about my viewpoint on Halloween as well because I grew up celebrating it but now I have a child and I’ve grown closer to Jesus and now it’s different, but my best friend once told me that although Halloween is a demonic holiday, it is still an opportunity to spread the gospel so last year I keep a tray out of candy but I attach a gospel tract to it and pray someone will receive Jesus through that :)

I’m currently braiding my hair and all I keep thinking is… this is what I needed to hear to fully devote myself to change. I have the chosen (app) ok my phone but I haven’t opened it in months. Why? Because I’m so consumed by other apps (IG, and so on), I have the music app and majority of the songs there just aren’t right. I can easily go on a Nicki marathon and sing back to back but I can’t even sing a 3min gospel. That’s a huge problem. Honestly thank you so much for posting these videos. I’m currently braiding my hair and all I keep thinking is… this is what I needed to hear to fully devote myself to change. I have the chosen (app) ok my phone but I haven’t opened it in months. Why? Because I’m so consumed by other apps (IG, and so on), I have the music app and majority of the songs there just aren’t right. I can easily go on a Nicki marathon and sing back to back but I can’t even sing a 3min gospel. That’s a huge problem. Honestly thank you so much for posting these videos. I’ll begin my journey and do my best to stay on track but first I’ll have to delete some things and declutter my phone + closet
Wooow! I have never had the need to comment more in a video than now. Ive had this crazy thought that I would be closer to god if I had the perfect body ody ody, just bc I know I would have more confidence, I know! Now that I’m typing it out it sounds absurd. Jesus...as a mom to a 1 year old and also 35 weeks pregnant, the point you made about becoming a mom and seeing a body/ a person in the mirror you didn't't know was exactly what I needed to hear, but was not what I expected I to receive today. This tore me up so bad because I didn't even realize that was what was subconsciously running through my mind every time I said/ say "I dont feel pretty while pregnant"...thank you for that perspective shift.
