I recently surrendered and got saved by GOD and i have been learning and meditating on his word everyday. Today was halloween and i was so hesitant to go or not cause my baby daddy isn’t nearly close or all about Jesus as i am. So he gets offended when i even mention Jesus so to tell him i didnt want to take my daughter trick or treating would have been a big argument which i didn’t want to have. So we went and all his family is the same way so it is hard having a word for what i do and dont want in our daughters life. I just keep praying for him, for us cause that is all i can do. It is very hard. Still have faith he can be saved cause nothing is too hard for God ❤️

I got saved 2 years ago and the Lord told me not to celebrate Halloween. I said okay and haven’t celebrated it since. People and some even family and friends have told me I’m crazy and it’s not that big of a deal but I have continued to not celebrate it and last year my church held a prayer night on Halloween so we could pray over the night as so much spiritual warfare is going on. I love your videos so much and I’ve been wondering about my viewpoint on Halloween as well because I grew up celebrating it but now I have a child and I’ve grown closer to Jesus and now it’s different, but my best friend once told me that although Halloween is a demonic holiday, it is still an opportunity to spread the gospel so last year I keep a tray out of candy but I attach a gospel tract to it and pray someone will receive Jesus through that :)

Maya this just resonated with me to the core. I use to pride myself in my body and I had a following because of my body, I had had my beautiful boy and I like my worldly confidence was shattered but with God, he gave me confidence. This body protected, fed and made my son, it is a temple.

Jesus...as a mom to a 1 year old and also 35 weeks pregnant, the point you made about becoming a mom and seeing a body/ a person in the mirror you didn't't know was exactly what I needed to hear, but was not what I expected I to receive today. This tore me up so bad because I didn't even realize that was what was subconsciously running through my mind every time I said/ say "I dont feel pretty while pregnant"...thank you for that perspective shift. I love your videos so much and I’ve been wondering about my viewpoint on Halloween as well because I grew up celebrating it but now I have a child and I’ve grown closer to Jesus and now it’s different, but my best friend once told me that although Halloween is a demonic holiday, it is still an opportunity to spread the gospel so last year I keep a tray out of candy but I attach a gospel tract to it and pray someone will receive Jesus through that :)

I had been a luke warm christian for the longest time but God didn't stop pursuing me😭It was in the month of June this year that I decided that I was done being Lukewarm. A lot in my life changed when I made this decision. I lost a lot of friends but my life became very peaceful. Even my content on TH-cam changed. Now I talk about Jesus Christ unashamed😊 I pray for growth and elevation in my platform❤ You inspire me a lot Maya💕
