✔INGREDIENTS:
2 courgettes (600g)
Green onions
Breadcrumbs 70g
Grated pecorino romano 50g
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Strong paprika
4 eggs
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) preheated oven for 25 minutes
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven for another 7 minutes always at 180°C (350°F)

Trop cuit les œufs durs 🫣2 ou 3 mn doivent suffirent, pour les courgettes de même trop de cuisson donc il n.y a plus de vitamines ni de croquant
Pour moi ils étaient parfaits. Alors c'est. Vous voyez votre four tel qu'il est et la cuisson que vous préférez.
