Empyrean set isn’t always an upgrade, let’s say you got an s3 hyper invested Carlotta, she’ll benefit more from moonlit more

​​@@Saberdud I agree, if your goal is to farm empyrean from the beginning building for your character is fine, but if you change it from moonlit to empyrean, you won't feel a significant difference. Considering how hard it was to get a substat that was as good as your previous echo set.

There's not much difference between ATK% and DMG%. I prefer ATK% over DMG% because it can be used on any sub-DPS.
