Same! My daughter is so OUT THERE compared to other toddlers her age. She literally runs, does not walk and is always looking for danger 😩 I don't think it's a gender thing at all, just each child's temperament.
Up until age seven are their most formative years, so the earlier they learn the benefits of discipline, the better. Perhaps at some point look into an early age martial arts studio, music conservatory, or other educational programme to help direct his energy, focus, and character early enough. Good luck! 🍀

Lol my mom was a young Mother. She had me first and a year and a few mths later had my younger brother and three yrs later had another boy. Oh man she went crazy with my two brothers. I also felt bad for my aunt who had triplet boys. I give credits to all the moms out there because it's really hard.
🤣 I'm not a boy mom but I can say my son is 4 yrs old and already independent. He even helps his mom do dishes but scares her all the time cause he gets hurt playing and he laughs it off. She swears up and down she's a spawn of Satan. I told her of course he is. I am Satan 🤣
