I want to share a story - my friends and I used bystander intervention to help a woman being physically abused and threatened in a bar by her boyfriend. The staff did nothing. We were extremely upset. We went back there and talked to the staff. They basically wrote it off. Some staffs are absolute trash. And I also worked in venues for 6 years. It is sad that people go into this industry and don't think of the number #1 reason we all even have jobs - the fans. I can speak for my own career that venues never train on this ever.
