The laws are changing. In TN and several other states laws have passed protecting artists voices under the E.L.V.I.S. Act. A lot of AI music sites won’t even allow you to use an artist’s name in generations. Name, image, and likeness is a priority in the space right now.

Pro tools or FL studio has the plugins you can buy. Also understand that is a licensing feature. No different than TikTok and Instagram. They get percentages of monies in royalties. This poses another question. What if some of these rappers are putting out AI tracks to see how the public responds to it? They can say it’s fake if it doesn’t hit. But if the response is positive then they can say someone leaked a rough version and then clean it up and release a mastered one. We’d never know. I think Hi Whitney sounded legit.

Bro, you mentioned the breathing in the ai not being good. If I recall correctly, the air in “Taylor Made Freestyle” had breathing and seemed semi convincing. As someone who messes with audio regularly. The “reference” to “Push Ups” seems pretty similar to the AI in the freestyle. Just throwing it out there, but drake definitely has writers helping with this beef. He’s playing 5D chess with how he’s going about it though.
