Thanks Manishaji. No need to roast rice, we only roast the moong dal. Using Jaipal is a good idea , we in South India use pacha karpooram which is edible camphor and gives a divine aroma. I'm always open to suggestions. No problem!

The 'prasad' ought to be excellent, having been done many a time before! Is the daily offering to Devi Ma as per your wish, or connected to the day or the story - not that popular in the South!
The traditional prasadam is observed in the North,the other prasadam is our(?) wish. Last year I had already uploaded different Sundal recipes in south Indian style!
