    What matters to me is that the folding meganism is well constructed and that the E scooter can handle more than 220 (99 kg) pounds. Furthermore, it doesn't matter to me.

    @14:21 That's what I suspected before. But I was wrong! It also happened to me but what I found out (I went to work, no rain, whatsoever, park the scooter outside, then an hour later, it's raining cats and dogs, since it's parked, there's no way water could've just gotten inside the battery compartment and ground every wiring inside), and may be what most of us didn't realize, is that the Throttle itself (not the connection inside the battery compartment) is grounded due to water. Like most of e-kick scooter, mine has the thumb throttle. Upon inspection, you'll see the wire connection going from the handle bar to the inside of throttle mechanism. The gaps are wide enough it can be easily penetrated by water and on both sides, so twice the probability. Mine didn't just start and stop on its own, whenever its in motion, the motor went like vibrating the whole scooter. Then it went fine after about 2 Kms of riding it (the scorching sun was shining at that moment).

    Just bought one too. Can't beat the price of $359.00 on Amazon. It's pretty well built. I rode it around for about an hour in my neighborhood at full speed. I weight about 193lbs and I was getting probably 11-12 mph on level grade. It's pretty snappy. To be honest, I wouldn't want to go faster than that on an electric scooter within tight city limits so it's just perfect. I will say that hitting a steep lip is kind of dangerous with the solid tires. The brakes are good. Very tight and responsive. The ride is a little rough but to be honest you really can't beat the price. This is probably the cheapest, best folding electric kick scooter you can get for this price point. I would go for it. I bought mine just to use for fun and maybe to go to the store near my house now and then which is about a mile away.

    I have had this scooter for almost 3 months now and unfortunately I can say it is getting worse every day. I now average a bout 3 mile range maximum and it will not climb even the gentlest of hills. When it was brand new got about 5 miles range. I weigh about 230 pounds so I am on the upper end of the allowable rider weight but I should get better performance. Also, there is a clicking clicking noice coming from somewhere under the platform but can't find anything when I am not riding it. the handle bars are also turning independent of the front wheel. This is a loosening friction fit piece and no amount of screw tightening will fix it. I ride it about once or twice a week to work and back (4 miles) put it no longer can make the entire trip and have to push it the last mile or two. I would not buy this again. Considering getting a boosted rev or something more powerful.

    • @ykuhsdf
      @ykuhsdf 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      5 miles range even when new is not a good range, both myself and my young son (together we weight quite a bit) ride on my original M365 and can cover a good 10 miles on mixed ground. That being said, I've found that even the 365 struggles on some gradients, the Pro is supposed to have a little extra kick so may be better.

    Range is really good
    Cons: speed sucks! and noway to change it. Im 210lbs, flat surface no more than 14mph and forget about climbing any inclines.
    For us bigger guys you will need a minimum of 500w motor. Ive tested and verified several scooters 250w, 350w, and 500w that my buddies have on the same road.
    So the main point if you are over 180lbs only buy 500w motor or better or you will be very disappointed!

    wtf they're identical, i went through a big puddle with my M365, literally covered the battery hull. It kept going but after a brief moment the cicruit protections kicked in and the scooter turned off for a few seconds. I turned it back on, but it wouldn't go for like maybe 3 sec. and after that it kept going. It was heavy rain and that puddle was really big... basically the hull was submerged for maybe 3 seconds while i crossed it... I love that they've added the circuit protections on the M365. Very durable scooter. Mine is the latest revision and i only had to do a minor correction on the folding mechanism after 200km as it started sqeaking a bit... i'm 90kg btw. The service shop engineer told me i don't even need the rubber dampers on the folding mechanism for my version of the M365 which is awesome. I have had zero luck finding a replacement, and the Macwheel customer support is useless. The M365 batteries, will fit, but they are not compatible with the speed controller software.
