Can you explain in detail the logic for changing X and Y.. are we changing the axes?
Also, when we pull the points down? Are we trying to make it all in a straight line..what exactly should we look for?

X and Y is changed to fix the previous grap. Sometimes measurements comes wil error because of instrument, signal processing method and baseline used. So in few cases it would be necessary to shift X value. Most cases value X needn't be changed

I did not get the point as how are you selecting 19 points on what criteria and what is the concept behind choosing 15 points.. i am not getting the logic?

Why should we create a baseline then subtract it from old one. while we already have substract option in peak analyzer dialogue box
