@@joellewis759 sorry but may I ask how tall are you, I am really short at 160cm and I fit into a small frame size however I am wondering wether I should size up to the medium or stay in a size small, I race enduro but I have always wanted a fun hardtail, should I go for the smaller size or stay with a longer bike for the races?
@@thiccmelon5712 well I am 170cm and I sometimes wish it were smaller. So if I was you I would defiantly get the small. A smaller bike gives you really great control which is good for enduro and tricks!
order one that is already built and from there change components to your fitting. Or if cash is not the problem there then buy the frame knock yourself out. but if that is the case I recommend one of the best frame starters hardtail heady duty the banshee paradox v3
Well the Marin San Quentin 3 is quite a bit more expensive I don't know what prices you have found but the one I saw were all around £2200, and the Commencal HT Ride that I have was £1400. The Marin San Quentin 3 does have better componentry but I have had no problems what so ever with any of them. And for buying a hardtail which is usually used as a bike to step up to a full suspension or as a second bike. I wouldn't go all in on it because things do brake and tires where out and all that sort so you'll need some cash for that. But they are both great bikes, I just believe that as long as the bike and parts work fine and aren't going to brake that spending a ton of money is just not worth it. Not that the Marin San Quentin 3 is over priced and not worth it but you get what I mean. I hope this all helps!
I am wondering. I am 170 cm would recomend a Medium? Buying online is always an issue. It Will be my First real MTB. And i Don`t want a Canyon like everybody else.
Well very good on you for not getting the Canyon! 😂 I was also considering it but this bike is better in my opinion. Yes I definitely would recommend the medium. It fits me perfectly and I'm somewhere around 169cm. And the medium doesn't feels to big and is still nice and manuvarable and snappy but with out being to small. So yes medium should be the right size for you. Hope I could help!
It is pretty good seeing as it is a hardtail. A dirt jump bike probably would be better on the pumptrack but if you still want a real mountain bike then this is definitely one of your best options. 😎🤙🏼
I am 169cm and I have a medium. Hope it helps! If you want please subscribe and check out some of my other videos of me riding the bike. You will hopefully find them enjoyable. I make films/edits.
Well I'm 169cm and I have a medium. So the large would work for you but I almost wish I had got small (but I am happy with the medium) so I think the medium would also be great if you want a smaller or funner bike, like for tricks it would be good. Hope this helps man! 👊🏼

Just one question: how does it climb on long climbs?
Thanx
It climbs pretty well as it is a hardtail so no complaints at all 👌👍

What do you mean by that? I guess that you are asking if any parts are custom. If so then, only the grips are. They are bmx grips 😂
