Sir, the second number is wrong, it is 27 of 1st 1973 " the audio said ". even when you was write the 27 August 1973, I got a little bit confuse, then I reversed the audio. And I turn on my subtitle and I saw, the subtitle was also same to me. And lastly, I search it on the google website and then I also find it your answer was wrong sir.

If you still have doubts in the 8th part, just read the next line " to be transferred.........." So the answer will be the amount which is strictly before that line.
I think this is the best way to understand the answer.
