Every single sounds so different and all so refreshing. Prada was definitely in their element when they wrote this album. I can’t wait to hear the whole thing. All these songs are amazing.
This song really hit me this morning. This last year was probably the worst year of my life. Got left by my gf of 3 years for no reason, lost my job, business failed, lost all my friends, and was homeless for a short while. One year later, im doing better after seeking therapy. Currently being tested for BPD. TDWP really encapsulated how I felt this whole year. Thank you Mike, Jeremy, Kyle, Jonathan, Mason, and Guiseppe for this. It means so much to have a song that I can strongly relate to. It means the world❤️
Really sorry for what you went through. I only experienced a separation after 8 years together and it was terrible. I dare not imagine the rest. At that time the song Chemical by TDWP allowed me to evacuate. This group is awesome. Take care of yourself and know that nothing happens for nothing. The future will be better.
I swear the TDWP brings everyone together, i am currently going through a rough patch of two suicides in two weeks. One witnessed, and one where i was late to teu and stop and this album has been getting me through this. Best of luck to you bro
Every single has been incredible. 2022 has all around been a bit disappointing for me in the metalcore scene but tdwp is shaping up to be one of my favorite metalcore albums ever assuming the rest of the tracks keep up with the singles
I've seen so many metal elitist hating on their new stuff. I much prefer bands that can do a mix of heavy and softer stuff. This sound is incredible honestly. Bad Omens and I Prevail have some competition for album of the year.
@Madden 07 Soundtrack Fan Account [Norma Jean AOTY] not sure how an album like True Power with Pop, Rock, Metal and Rap influences, great production and solid lyrics could be considered generic in anyway shape or form. I'm sure this years madden game has an aoty level soundtrack though...
Oh man! I’m so glad you mentioned this reminds you of fall. I have many bands I listen to during specific seasons but fall is overall my favorite. Oddly enough; the devil wears Prada is one of my fall bands. I just love the way they sound and some of their gloomier sounding songs maybe me just want to curl up in a blanket and read a book. Can’t wait for the new album, they’ve been killing it
5:31 My first thought was this same thing, exactly. Really reminded me of "There's No Solution" from Sum 41. I even made a comment about it on the official video lol
TDWP I love them. It's my second best band after bmth, I grew up listening to this band and this next song is awesome! I'm already looking forward to their whole Color Decay album, which I have on order. Thank you The Devil Wears Prada! 🖤
I know you're talking on the fly but Sum 41 was a pop punk band from the early 00s. This album is more reminiscent of early Silverstein or even Hawthorne Heights
Song lyrics cut deep. At 38 my mental health has an ebb and flow to different points in life. Bottleneck job opportunities, marriage, a family, and leaving a legacy mixed in with will that ever happen.

@@S_Maldar thanks, brother. You take care as wel✊️
Hang in there bruddah. Things always get better!.

Color Decay isn't even out but already AOTY contender
For me it's gonna be between TDWP and Aviana's Corporation, that's for sure.
Idk man. Boundaries really stepped it up this year!

Dayseeker is coming for ya. But for real, this album is gonna be unreal.
It's out now and I have to agree.

@Madden 07 Soundtrack Fan Account [Norma Jean AOTY] But True Power is a great metalcore album, front to back.

@Madden 07 Soundtrack Fan Account [Norma Jean AOTY] You probably think MGK is good 😂
Might have to throw Dark Sun in there too.
@@ryanhoover210 Dark Sun? Whose album is that ?
You know that chorus is gonna get just screamed back at the band if they play this live. So relatable, for so many.
TDWP is carrying the metalcore scene into new heights. For sure.
For sure, Deathcore is for me much more exciting rn, but TDWP, currents and Invent Animate keep dropping great stuff
Bruh when every guitarist sings u know it’s gonna sound great(:
Best metal related channel

This could be the Chemicals of this album
My thoughts exactly

They just never, EVER miss!
Ждём реакции на весь альбом))
Punk metalcore? I dig it
I hate when I get left alone. Oof feels straight in the beginning
Saw them live this past weekend and man I wish they would have played this song!
At blueridge?
@@flxnksYT I saw them in Columbia SC the day before they played blueridge
They are just so fucking good
Gives me sum 41 “pieces” vibes and I dig it
Glad I'm not the only one!

It's amazing, the album is beautiful. Really great contract between heavy and melodic. As a whole the album is what you want and my need.
I LOVE THEM!! Such a good album, currently listen to it!!
Great video! TDWP is breaking all the standars of metal composition
Heavy Sum 41 vibes
So good. I love it
New album is fire. I love this song.
some post-rock, shoageze, and generally etheral melodies on the album
I know you're talking on the fly but Sum 41 was a pop punk band from the early 00s. This album is more reminiscent of early Silverstein or even Hawthorne Heights
It sounds like Landon Tewers solo stuff! Smoothed out a bit, and a bit better in my opinion, but definitely the same "screamy acoustic-ish" sound.
Where the fish have I been. Heard 'time' and I am now tdwp biggest fan! Imo already best album of the year. Suggest otherwise punks!!!!!?
12 track album
Every single has been incredible. Lyrics on this one hit.
I love how your reaction was exactly like mine was
I ❤️ the devil wares Prada broken
album is my new AOTY
the only thing I hate is that these bands are releasing so many singles and by the time the album drops you've already heard half of the album
And most of the time the non-singles are nowhere near as good 😭
@@TheFiXNormal exactly!
My first thought on the chorus was a sum 41 Chorus😂
This is my BMTH's Semperternal equivalent.
Still calling for the new The Gloon in the Corner song 'New Order' :)))
Im so glad I didnt listen to this till the album dropped. 😭😭😭
Was waiting for your reaction on this
I had so big goosebumps, these Song is a masterpiece !
Jeremy DePoyster is too good man
Nice review
I was thinking the same thing when I first heard it, definitely gave me some fall vibes.
Just so you know, Color Decay is actually 12 tracks!
You do album reactions anymore? Feel like quite a few have been missed D: love the videos.
Stray From the Path and Parkway are done, highlights will be up later this week. Also doing tdwp on friday :)
edit: not silverstein, sftp lol
@@bogdanhxc bless you
It definitely sounds like sum 41
they can do no wong. loved this.

Taking Back Sunday / Blink 182
I love them, but when I see 3 guys on guitar I wonder how none of them want to show off with a guitar solo.
Where TF is the Chelsea Grin Isnis reaction from all these channels???????
The cleans sound a lot like Demon Hunter IMO. Am I tripping, or does it???
This album is shaping up to be legendary. Melancholy emo pop punk done so well by a metalcore band
Blink 182 vibes
I don’t rly know why but this song gave me so much modern Thrice vibes
you know what this reminds me of, MGK's newer albums. I actually really really like this vibe from TDWP
the wear devils prada
@@GaussTheory lmfao truth hahhaha
it's kind of a buttrock metalcore song, tell me you couldn't imagine these lyrics on a the days grace song.
yeah folks are weirdly high on this. every jeremy-led song is so corny but this is peak.
Kinda repetitive, the weakest song of the album till now, but I still like it
