What a illogical content !!! Father will breast feed the child ?? How the mom will recover her post pregnancy/ operative issues if she continues with office? This company should be banned for not allowing maternity leave. Why you are not promoting for more maternity leave and paternity leave?
So you are telling me a big corporation like ACI doesn't have Paternity leave but will spend millions to make an Ad about equality? Such a shameless organisation I'd say... Equality means equal involvement in raising family and outside.... Equality means raising a beautiful child together, equality means handling family tasks like cooking, cleaning, running errands... Repeating the same mistake that the old generation did where women sacrificing everything and by changing it to men sacrificing the same thing IS NOT EQUALITY... Learn the definition first and at least promote something that finds equal ground, not put everything on someone alone
It is the change of the thought process which was the concern. Mothers are generally taking the entire responsibility of child upbringing. So need to change this thought process. Facility availability is not showed here. How many organisations have paternity leave in Bangladesh.
