Love those 'magic' lights. My husband installed some LED light strips under our top cabinets when we renovated the kitchen last year. Love them! They come on automatically when set on a timer and I can control them with my phone..."hey Google" 💝💝

Taxes are much lower in GA. As a former real estate agent, I can tell you, you would be amazed at the size house you can buy here. Also very close to the Carolina 's for furniture shopping. Love the Christmas color palette, lights, everything. Take care

I live outside of Atlanta. The taxes are low and the entire ATL area is booming. I'm considering moving back to PA because of family but the low cost of living here is hard to leave.

I said I would never do another home,well guess what I am negotiating for?You got it probably my last home,if I live long enough,by the way,its a wreck,but English Heritage have decided its an important wreck,funny how they decided that after I became interested,I was looking forward to using a Caterpillar on it,unless something else comes up I am stuck with a wreck which I have to protect.Second thoughts,my children want me to move to Texas,other than my little chemical unit I don't know anyone there,real decisions are a pain.Wish me luck!
