Очень нравится аранжировка (два оркестра). Мощно и свежо.

This music makes me feel a little blue, seems like a guy from countryside at the first time to luxury city, and distance between poor and rich :(((. I can't describe all my feelings when I hear this work. So miracles!

When you make that comparison, it oddly made me think of the Great Gatsby. Similar in some ways...we see, through the eyes of Nick Carraway, narrator, the gap between the rich and the poor of 1920s "jazz age" New York. and the gap between the old money and the new money, the rich-want-to-be's. Moving past the Gatsby comparison, I feel like that image of seeing the distance between the urban poor and rich is a very fitting image. The sound of the fusion of orchestra and the jazz band, it almost feels like a melting pot at times, a swirling melting pot. The poor and the rich melt together, yet there is still a gulf in between them.
I too cannot describe all of my feelings, but I'll leave off for now with this: it sounds very cinematic. Like it is trying to tell a story or paint a picture, perhaps like what you described...and it is leaving it to us to figure it all out. :) anyway what do I know? just my interpretation and rambling

Her Soviet period music is somehow different, more atmospheres, more drastic contrast. Maybe because at that time her occupation was a film music composer.

Картина битвы, в которой классическую беззащитную культуру атакует жёсткими деструктивными риффами пост-модерн и поп-культура. И та плачет: "Ааааа...", "Ааааа...")))

Good grief!! Whilst I wouldn't want to hear this again, even if I should live for ever, there's something very intriguing about a Russian composer writing music in the late 60s that would fit the contemporaneous British spy TV show the Avengers like a glove.
