Hi Nurse Violet, please can you do a video on End of Life care plan.
I failed Planning because I didn't complete my care plan for End of Life.
I actually had a live Actor in my Assessment and the Scenario was to assess the patient and use my findings to draw 2 Nursing care plans..... But when I got to Planning, the scenario was completely different with a Diagnosis of End of Life.
Meanwhile, my patient in Assessment only had a leg pain and shortness of breath.
