Yeah I’m in the south US and we have similar weather in summer hot and humid 🥵 I definitely don’t enjoy summer like I did as a kid 😂 I always joke in summer you don’t breathe in the air you slice off a chunk and chew it 😂
I grown up in the tropical but I don’t like summer at all 😂😅

When I turned 40 I started feeling and thinking very much like you are now. I was aggressive, eager and angry alot. But getting older has had a very mellowing affect on me. Small things can make my day. Simple days are wonderful. Good food comforts me, nature, taking care of my body so I'm not so achy all the time. Please be well my friend. Feel better soon.

It’s so hard getting used to the hot & humid weather. I try to get out in the early hours to walk my doggy in order to beat most of it. Heat has a way to make us tired, listless, not hungry & occasionally can make us grumpy. At least with me. 😉. I think the older we get, the more in tune we are with our bodies. I could tell something was different, because of your shopping...what you were purchasing didn't seem quite like "normal" for you...for some reason, it seemed that way to me. For me, when I'm not feeling quite up to par, it's toast and maybe an apple or a banana & most of the time, that's light enough and safe for my tummy, that it helps me get over whatever is going on with my body. Age does help immensely with understanding our bodies, especially when we feel "off". I've noticed my food requirements have changed a lot now, with me getting almost 75 now...I eat a lot less and I'm eating more fruit, veggies & whole grain breads. I hope you get to feeling back to yourself very soon, Linna...thank you for sharing too and Blessings to you and your family!🙏💜

I love your purple skirt outfit! The omelet with edamame looked yum, I've never made Tamagoyaki (I'd need the pan!) I think I would make a mess or burn it, ha! I love okra so much! We only get it frozen here, though (California). I think because many people do not eat it. But the Southern part of the US has it in many dishes. I put it in homemade soup. HIYA my dear friend Linna. Hope you and your family are feeling much better. I must say here in Liverpool England we are in an awfull heatwave. Very hot , muggy , not wanting to move. Usually the South of U.K. is always hotter and sunny than the N.W. where i live. I have all the doors slightly open from front and back which creates this rather lovely breeze. I have hospital appointment on Tuesday and i just do not want to go out in this heat, get two buses , can you imagine the heat full of people all together on a hot bus.😢😢😢. Nevermind i just dont want to ever complain about it being too cold again, ( but probably will) lol lol. I have treated. Myself this week to two dresses one blue and the other black. They are so cooling im really pleased. We have got the builders in another week or so.we need new windows. Oh i dred builders because they want cup of tea every half hour, and if it is still hot i dont think they will be getting the job completed anytime soon.😂. When i was cleaning earlier i found 12 beers and they are a lovely flavour, so ive put them in fridge so Gary and myself can have a nice cold beer with something to eat later, Mmmmmmmmmmm cant wait. Im not much of a drinker but when i do im rather tipsy but enjoy it, i just wanna dance and have fun but Gary is very shy. Im sure he feels " oh here we are she is starting"and slightly he hides from me in case i want to dance. He knows my personality and its all good humour. Anyway my lovely friend 💕 i am just start some washing. I really hope you all feelling wellreally soon and look forward to writing to you again soon. I hope I can take my daughter to a kaiten sushi place. She loves sushi and really wants to go. We have a few here but the sushi is only so so at best and 1 plate cost about €4 or 5....so I never go there. Only we have to go on a mommy daughter date as my husband doesn't eat sushi. Or I should check the menu beforehand and see if they have non fish options available.
I have the same, with hot weather I lose my appetite but also don't really want to cook😥 So usually it's a lot os salads and simple dishes.

在日本主婦大多是在超市買菜 像我就是在傳統市場買 但是很多東西就得再跑一次超市才行
傳統市場菜色比較齊全 但是超市種類很多 調味零食奶製品和火腿肉品之類的還是比較多樣
有時還會有大折扣 我看你有時還會跑二家超市 真的很用心很勤勞 很喜歡看你拍超市購物的部分
日本的調味料真的好多而且味道也很好 每次看到都覺得很羨慕呢 雖然台灣也有像唐吉軻德之類的
卻不是很方便到達 也沒時間去逛和買 只好看看影片過癮罷了 酪梨也是我愛吃的食物之一 很開心
看到你吃完後憂鬱一掃而空 又去超市採買 好讚啊 壽司真的是胃口不好時的好選擇
不過在日本吃應該便宜很的 在台灣就不是很平價的食物了 納豆我也很喜歡 感覺我們喜好真的有點相似呢

Dearest Linna, I love your videos, but please grow old disgracefully it's your job when your children get a lot older to turn tables 😂. Your cucumbers: here where I live in England we do sweet and sour cucumbers, slice them and marinate them in sugar and vinegar to taste and season ( I love lots of white or rainbow pepper ). I love to cook and eat too. It's strange the weather here has been so hot that I find it hard to eat and feel depressed, but when you get old (73) you miss what is gone , not that I would want to do it again it's too hard, and the people. I love your videos, but what I noticed about you is that you are mostly picking items at grocery based on the fake packaging Name and not paying attention to the ingredients in it. For instance, Strawberry Kiwi jelly, do you think there are any kiwi and strawberries in it? No, they put fake highly chemically processed toxic fruity flavors on it, and vala they fool the people by thinking they are eating something nutritional. I highly recommend reading the details of the ingredients before purchasing that item. Natural flavor added to the product is one of the most dangerous toxic for human body! All those fake ice cream, cookies, and chips cakes are a key to a door to Welcome so many diseases!
These are edited videos and so you do not know if she is reading the ingredients or not, could you imagine how long those videos would be if she did!!! I love seeing the Japanese snacks and sweets on these videos, my favorite part!
