When applying for studies visa and applying visitor visa for ur spouse. Do you get request from the Ircc or Vfs at the same time ? I mean passport request?

There is no one side fit all. Most people apply alone. Some others apply with thier kids.
The most important thing is justifying why they are or are not going with you.
