This is so nice, I finally added audio to my personal screensaver thingy. It picks a random video from a list and plays it on repeat, with no sound... but now there's also the sound of State Azure. It's amazing you can make it generate all this unattended.
This is so good! I am fascinated by the algorithmic approach to creating this piece with what I *assume* has been created using a battery of carefully crafted and cadenced looping CV and MIDI signals orchestrated by some kind of randomization. I've been listening for hours. I can concentrate on my work without distraction. But also there is enough space in the resulting composition that I can appreciate the details and nuances of the sonic texture and random melodic progressions developing without being pulled away from what I am concentrating on. Plus when I take a break it is interesting enough to just enjoy the piece with full concentration. Really cool on so many levels! The Algorithm did me a solid this time. :)
It's insane and incredibly cool to me that we can make advanced machines to basically generate music without active input by just... plugging them up right.
This was insane. I couldn’t stay till the end to see if the cat shows up but those generative sounds were so beautifully balanced, it wasn’t music anymore but witchcraft.
@Giovanni Macias I appreciate what you were trying to say, but there's no need to call anyone stupid when he mentioned 'witchcraft' in a complimentary way. We're all friends here, man. Chill.
@Giovanni Macias Yes, the kind of thing that could drive one mad. People shouldn't use words in symbolic ways, or ironic. But who knows how to define witchcraft in absolute terms anyhow? Might as well ban the word. witchcraft: 1a : the use of sorcery or magic (b : communication with the devil or with a familiar) 2 : an irresistible influence or fascination magic: : an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source : having seemingly supernatural qualities or powers : giving a feeling of enchantment

Yo Mate this is incredible stuff. Truely breathtaking. I'd love to see how you get to this result. Something explaining your creative process. How you patch, how you tweak your sound, how you create your patterns, the trial and errors, all of it. The result is truely amazing but I bet the process is epic. Thank you for this by the way. I never thought I'd enjoy this type of music as much. Without your channel, I wouldn't get it at all. Without the video, its hard to grasp the work involved. Now I feel I've caught a glimpse.
Thanks, really glad you like these patches. Patches like this I can't even document properly because I used to make them over several days and multiple hours, by the time it's finished I'm not sure myself, how the process went. I do have a much more basic, albeit not really longform ambient video I made on the channel called 'Luminous' that explains some of my process beginning a new patch. This reminds me of Mirror's Edge Catalyst's OST. Absolutely amazing
Agreed! Also a slapping soundtrack 🔥
I listened to this whole session at work today. What an amazing piece!
So far best music for work!! I imagine this is the case for other activities as well ;)
this and Folding Space are both things I listen to when sleeping and its great.
It would be amazing if there could be a tour video of your modules. Sounds awesome XD
This is what I imagine a what a wilderness sounds like on a machine world, programming itself forever imperfectly into a facsimile of life.
This is so nice, I finally added audio to my personal screensaver thingy. It picks a random video from a list and plays it on repeat, with no sound... but now there's also the sound of State Azure. It's amazing you can make it generate all this unattended.
I close my eyes and see beautiful droplets of electric pulses rippling together into a cymatic constellation.
@Giovanni Macias your comment is neither warranted nor welcome.
We've found the first toxic State Azure' follower guys ^^ Was too good to be true
Might as well ban the word.
witchcraft:
1a : the use of sorcery or magic
(b : communication with the devil or with a familiar)
2 : an irresistible influence or fascination
magic:
: an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source
: having seemingly supernatural qualities or powers
: giving a feeling of enchantment
to call this insane knowing he plugged all that in and synchronized it is... ;)
Sounds like a Forrest of Sounds, some synthetic accoustic-Bees ans Flies. Wonderful Place to be. Thx a lot.
i love the effects, the sounds and the atmosphere ... unbelievably good ...
als wenn ich ich in einem nie endenden Raum sitzen würde......Gedanken verschwinden.....nichts is mehr real.......thank u Sir....:[ amazing
First time I've come across across modular ambient and I love it! Listening to it really helps when I'm trying to do work that involves problem solving, as its not too instruvive on my ears unlike standard music. I had to look up what a modular synth does so I could appreciate it more 😄
Glad you enjoy it!
This is perfect. Perfect for Focus, Meditation and Sleep. Really. First Class Job. I am now following you on all the majors. Recommending you and purchasing. Thanks for putting out such great work.
Beautiful. Loving all those little grains of audio.
Really love the Karplus plucks that come from nowhere.
I think modular synth is one of the greatest creations of human kind. It fascinates me so much, one day ill be able to create something like this, huge salutations from Brazil 🖖
YES...YES...YES!!!!
NOW WERE TALKING!
Perfect,just perfect.
Every time I listen to modular synths I can't help but remember adventure time, all the random sounds that can sound weird and yet comforting at the same time along with the ambient nature, I could totally see this piece playing in the background in an episode of adventure time
I get a similar vibe but instead of AT its Steven Universe
Adventure time 😌
MERCI POUR MODULAR ET GENERATOR❤🎉
thanks man, you always provide with perfect OST when I need to get back to productive flow state
I love this. It makes my brain and emotional state calmer and happier. Thank you for making it available 👍
Thank you for sharing. This is beautiful, and the kind of music that captures the feelings I get learning about various micro / macro phenomena, interlocking patterns and interactions in the universe.
If you could record the sounds of the universe defind in string theory then this might be close to that sound.
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This music makes small things feel meaningful.
Small things are always beautiful
How utterly amazing these works of art are to me.
The visual aspect with all of the instruments flashing in a dazzling array just intensifies
the effect and the beauty of it all.
I was also amused and delighted by the appearance of your feline companion at around 1:12:00!
Thank you :) the little guy is Tycho, he's shown up in a couple of other videos too!
@@stateazure I shall watch out for him. I love cats.
Yesterday I stumbled on a video of synth patches created by State Azure for a synthesizer I might buy. The complex and beautiful sounds gave me goosebumps and reminded me of my love for creating sounds. This person knows what the H they are doing!.
Most funny thing is: you can open up multiple windows that play this music on a different point and it will still sound great.
I have three running right now. Thanks for the tip. I love 'repurposing' music. Do the same with Eno's Music for airports!
I am downloading the entire set in MP3 to distribute among my friends. Thank you so much for this wonderful creation!!!❤❤❤
I always felt like music is the only way we can write down and communicate feelings . in response to: "Art is how we decorate space, music is how we decorate time.”
Shoutout to the densest piece of technical jargon I've ever read in a TH-cam video description! Great Job 👏
Glad you liked it!
music is the lifeblood of the soul. peace xxx
amazing stuff, so many goodness going on here, what a beauty. It's snowing like crazy over here, and this came as the perfect soundtrack to stay at home.
Thanks, Marcos!!
Out of this world.
"Captain Faramir, you have shown your quality, sir - the very highest."
I think theres nothing out there that could help me visualize the chaotic beauty of an ancient alien planet, quite like this. Writing is so much easier when I listen to something, and this... This is perfect.
My system today has downsized quite a bit unfortunately, so there wont be others that look quite as cool!
@@stateazure simply amazing. Thank you for sharing this with the world to experience
@@uStepProductions Thanks!
I love it! Perfect background music while I'm working! Thank you!
