    🔍 What's Inside the Peloton Bike Plus? Unveiling the Upgrades!
    The Peloton Bike Plus comes with a hefty price tag of $2,495, but is it worth it? Let's dive into the features that might make it a game-changer for your home gym:
    1️⃣ Bigger and Better Screen: 🖥️ The 23.8-inch HD touchscreen, with improved resolution, sets the Bike Plus apart. The rotating screen adds versatility, allowing you to join various Peloton classes seamlessly.
    2️⃣ Auto Resistance Feature: 🔄 Experience a new level of immersion with auto resistance that syncs with the instructor's cues during classes. Focus on your output without worrying about adjusting resistance manually.
    3️⃣ Enhancements Galore: 🎶 Enjoy a superior sound system with a surround sound effect and Apple GymKit integration for syncing heart rate data with your Apple Watch.
    4️⃣ Classic Peloton Features: 🚲 The Bike Plus retains the beloved Peloton features, including a smooth belt drive, magnetic resistance, adjustable seat and handlebars, clip-in pedals, and access to a vast library of live and on-demand classes.
    5️⃣ Is It Worth the Investment? Your Decision, Your Journey! 💸🚴
    Whether the Peloton Bike Plus is worth it depends on your budget and preferences. If you seek an immersive experience with a variety of workouts, it might be the perfect fit. Keep in mind the additional $44 per month All-Access Membership fee and potential accessory purchases.
    💬 Personal Take: As a Peloton Bike Plus user, I find it to be a premium and exceptionally well-made product. The rotating screen was a game-changer for me, and while it comes with a premium price, Peloton offers interest-free payment plans and rent-to-buy options.

    The auto-resistance is the best feature. You won’t have to keep reaching down and turning the wheel when the instructor calls out resistance changes. Also, you can also buy shoes made by other Company’s such as Tommaso which are cheaper and just as good or better. The Peloton shoes tend to run tight. Those toe cages are hard to get in and out, shoes are the best way to go. You’ll need the Delta Clips.

      The Peloton bike shoes are definitely expensive, so if there's a cheaper alternative that's just as good as the original, that's good to know! Thanks for letting us know!

      Lol….auto resistance….for an additional $1050. My car had an option for remote start for only an additional $600.

    When doing a scenic course does the resistance automatically adjust for say a hill or slope?

    • @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness
      @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question! Yes, there is auto resistance with the scenic course however I think it depends on the course you pick and the instructor as they designate the resistance so it's not really per say the terrain but it is somewhat correlated. If the instructor is going up a slope than the resistance is going to be higher and if the instructor is on a flat road then it will be less. Hope that helps! Thanks for checking out the video :)

    With the monitor can it access other apps such as streaming movies Netflix etc ?

      Unfortunately, you can not, at least not straight out of the box. There may be a work around if you Google it though. But that would be a cool integrated feature especially if you want to ride and watch a show. I have a TV in my gym so I frequently watch TH-cam while I'm on my bike.

    I love the bike it’s the on,y way I will be consistent with exercise. I work 60 hours a week so I had to come up with what convenient. I won’t go to the gym. The app is my gym. The strength classes are great. It’s not for everyone and it can become a clothes hanger . The bike is good as the person using it. I also bought the tread ..so I am official cult member 😂

      That's awesome! 60 hours a week though! at least the bike will give you some more freedom though without having to worry about going to the gym :)

    I got one a couple weeks ago live it. Butt still hurts after 12 rides

    • @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness
      @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, it will take a while until your butt gets used to the seat.... I definitely remember that when I first got the bike as well!

    • @bbass56

      Some people swap out the seat and they also sell a seat cushion that goes over the current seat.

    How does autonresistance change make the work out more challenging? You’re removing a component

    • @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness
      @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well first it depends on your own motivation level. If you overide the auto resistance and pick your own resistance at 30 but the instructor has it set at let's say 50 then you as the individual are making the class easier but if you let the auto resistance take over and match the instructor then it's going to be "more challenging" the entire class.

    • @PeopleRTheProblem
      @PeopleRTheProblem 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness you can do that with not auto resistance. On both bikes you can choose your own resistance. Why would I pay $1050 more to not really have anything change? You can turn off the auto resistance. Just like you can increase the resistance on the standard bike. It’s pretty much the same. Also, there are third party kits for like $50 to convert the swivel screen.

    • @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness
      @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@PeopleRTheProblem Again it really depends on the individual, if you feel like you can challenge your own self and follow exactly the cadence and resistance by yourself than I would stay with the orginial bike. But there are many other features than just the "auto resistance" that make it a more expensive bike however I do agree that a 1,000 more is probably not worth it. For me personally I love that the screen rotates so my wife or I can do classes off the bike easier. At the end of the day it depends on your own finances. I think the bike that you can get at Costco for around 600-800 dollars is perfect for most people in my opinion. Thanks for watching the video!

    Can you put it on auto resistance during the live classes?

    • @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness
      @RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Believe it or not I actually have never done a live class but I think the auto resistance button only works for the on demand classes and not live classes.

      @@RepPhysicalTherapyAndFitness okay! Thanks so much!!!

    • @Clankillas
      @Clankillas 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes you can! And if the suit-resistance is too much during the live, you can manually change it to suit your level. So even while it’s in auto, you can still manually change what it automatically sets itself to.
