  • What is Spinal Stenosis?
It is really not that complicated a diagnosis as made out to be and is actually a very common situation. We encounter and treat multiple patients a day with a diagnosis of spinal stenosis. We have been specializing in this diagnosis for many years and have seen thousands of these cases.
So here is how it works with spinal stenosis many times.
    1. The spinal discs get compressed and no longer sustain the pressure they have on them. This can be from age, weight gain, heavy workouts, repetitive motions, prolonged sitting, sports, poor posture and other various reasons.
    2. The inner jelly-like disc substance then gives way and "bulges" or "herniates" and pushes on the spinal nerves and into the spinal canal.
    3. This pushing into the spinal canal effectively narrows the spaces with in the canal and is referred to as "Stenosis" rather than narrowing, hence the term "spinal stenosis".
    4. This causes the pain and the patient goes to their doctor, receives an MRI and the findings reveal "spinal stenosis". Most are told they have to have surgery and this is simply not the case at all. Yes, there certainly are some that will need to undergo surgery but that is the minority of the cases.
❌Living with back pain? Scared of surgery? We've got a solution.
👩‍⚕️ Spinal Stenosis: Narrowing of the spinal canal, causing pain, numbness, & mobility issues.
🔪 Surgery might seem like the only option, but...
💡Meet Spinal Decompression: A non-invasive alternative to surgery!
🎯It works by gently stretching the spine, changing the force & position of the spine.
🔒 This pressure change allows herniated or bulging discs to retract - relieving pain and promoting movement.
⏳Non invasive procedures, lower risk, and quicker recovery times!
👩‍⚕️Always consult your healthcare provider to see if it's the right treatment for you.
🏃‍♀️ Say goodbye to pain, and hello to a better, healthier life!
Spinal Stenosis? Think Spinal Decompression, not surgery.

Some discs are more stubborn than others.. I’ve tried both surgery and NSSD and I’m still in hellish pain. Surgeon said disc was stuck to the nerve…

So...let me get this straight...in this 55 sec video we're told the nerves get compressed then told how to get pressure off the disc. Did you go to Confusion Medical School?
