such a good feeling to hear you say that you feel the difference in your knee with this surgery...that's the best...another beautiful kiln opening...love the gnome nativity pieces...take good care and let PT help you to total recovery...happiness and joy to you and your family...❤
I love how your shirt works with your hair..... Oh, and you are so talented. I love your work. I hope you are healing quickly. I would love any of those chip dip bowls.
Good to hear your new knee is better than the last one! Take the time needed to let it heal properly. You're so kind to power through the pain to post another video for us! Love your gnome mangers! So cute!! Praying for peace, joy and more kindness in our world. And praying for you & your family to have a restful, peaceful and happiest Christmas ever! Cheers to you Tiffinie! You make this world a better place. 💜
Happiest of Holidays and blessings to everyone. Peace on Earth, I'm visualizing that too. I'm so glad I found your videos, they've made me a better hand builder and just in general, more free in my creativity; more relaxed about things. Much love. ❤
Hi Tiffinie! I am so happy to hear you are feeling better with this new knee! Now it's time to relax, heal and enjoy your downtime with your dogs and your family. I wish you very happy holidays and an amazing 2024! See you again on here when you feel like it and in the meantime sending you positive vibes and joining in with the prayers for more kindness in the world! XX Monique
I thought all those chip and dip bowls were lovely. You never know when someone will love something you think is awful. I learned that early on in my throwing days when most things seemed pretty terrible to me. Then I saw someone holding one of my pots like it was her baby. I was so excited! Have a warm, cozy and a little bit muddy Christmas!
Love all, I'd be happy with the chip and dip bowls, but I just love love love the the little dishes, the blue ones are stunning. Great kiln discovery 😊
Good to see you recovering well. Great kiln unloading, its really interesting with the lavender mist and the crawling. The blue one that crawled actually looks cool. Hope you continue well with your recovery and the pain settles down for you. Have a really wonderful holiday season if we don't see you. Wishing you wealth in all the areas that matter to you and your family.
You are super creative!! and I love the hollow ornament and those little angel ornaments, they are so sweet, the coastal blue is just gorgeous. OK...LOL, I love that baby gnome has a little beard😄😂. Great job girl...hang in there!
Hi Tiffany, everything came out just beautifully. Phew what a load off your mind. There’s one thing I’ve learned, as I’ve had physical issues as well, we keep on keeping on, we are very determined people. Love everything you do. Things are improving, you are doing so well. So sending love and best wishes to you and your family for a truly wonderful Christmas, let them spoil you, relax if you can and I will see you in 2024 if not before. Sue xx
So glad you hear the new knee is an improvement. Sit back, relax and enjoy the holiday! ... so agree. Potters are unique, maybe it's the connection to earth, fire and water.
I’m amazed that you’re making videos already! All the pieces looked fine to me but we’re always our own worst critic. You’ve said this before and I agree - you and your viewers feel like a big group of friends. It would be so nice if we could all meet but this is the next best way. Thank you for posting the kiln opening 😊
Glad to see you up and about - great kiln opening, and while I'm glad to see you getting back into things, please take care of yourself and have a wonderful Christmas and here's to a much better 2024 with that new knee. Peace to you and yours.
You did well considering the amount of pain you in 🥰. They came out lovely. Love the gnome nativity’s. Merry Christmas to you, your family and fur babies 🎉
Yes T, pain makes everything more stressful and more stupid, for SURE! Im with you on that. Loved every piece that came out of this kiln firing...great job (as usual). see you on your next video! Merry Christmas....PEACE, ABOVE ALL PEACE, AND LOVE TO EACH AND EVERY HUMAN AND ANIMAL . LOVE your friend in NJ
I felt for you when the chip and dip bowl had crazed and you spoke about the pressure we put on ourselves when doing commissions. I only had 1 commission for a friend left to do - a tree ornament for her grandson’s first Christmas- and we had torrential rain last week and the house flooded so have not been able to fire it. I was heartbroken to let her down 😔 So glad your knee is doing well, hope you and your family have a great Christmas, love from a damp little Cotswold village in England xxx
Great Kiln Opening! Sooo sorry about the crawling, tho from my perspective, they look great!! Its hard when we are so close to our work and how we want something to turn out, you need a different view and the Lavender Mist C&D bowl looked soo pretty...you know me an pink 🤭I really hope you get some relief from the pain...and speedy recovery...All the best to you and your Fam over the Holiday's! Cheers! 🥰🥂
Glad you're recovering well! My craft fayre was cancelled last minute because of poor weather so my family will be having plenty of christmas objects son LOL Thank you for your videos, you're so inspirational. Have a wonderful and Merry Christmas xxx
I hear you girl! A kiln load that I fired yesterday.... same as always - came out blistered. But only the ones that were Christmas presents. 😲 So all day I've been reglazing. They are now in the refiring. Fingers crossed that it works. Meanwhile, you have certainly had your challenges this year. I hope you and yours have a lovely holiday! Get some good healing rest!!!!! Your work and your videos are fantastic, but we can wait for more until you are all healed up!
What is going on? It seems like just my commissioned pieces were plagued. All the others fired beautifully. Praying your pieces refire perfectly! Best of luck.
I am sooo happy to hear you’re feeling better with this knee!!! I pray you heal so very very fast and you can get on with all of the wonderful things you want to do! This was a beautiful kiln opening. I’m glad you can use all the chip bowls.
Tiffany feel better, you are a trooper to keep working. Thanks for sharing your glaze combos. And I too have trouble with cream crawling when over or under another glaze and not sure if it’s a too thick problem. But it is frustrating. Also why is it that if you have special piece in kiln, darn if it not the one with a ding and needs a refire. Happy Holidays and take a break girl you deserve it. Enjoy your family, Maureen
I’m so glad you’re feeling better Tiffany. Great kiln unloading and thanks for sharing! Some beautiful glaze combos there. I bought Coastal blue because of you!😂 Does it like to be on the thicker side? I might have to remove some of the water. When I tested on porcelain it was more like a brownish color. I know this happens with blue rutile too when thin application. Happy Holidays with much health, joy and peace in the New Year!🙏🏻❤️
Did you have a revision on your knee? I had that done and my revision has done wonderful, it’s 99% perfect. When you said yours felt more stable, I got it. Your pottery is beautiful! Happy healing!
Everything looks awesome 😊. I’m glad you’re up and about but pace yourself - you’ll thank yourself in the end. When you refire do you do anything different to your piece - heat it up, hairspray, sanding 🤷♀️ I just refired a few pieces from them crawling and uggg not what I was looking for

Thank you, Audrey. I'm so relieved not to have any more commissions hanging over my head. Now, I just have to put on Christmas, lol.

Yes! I feel this connection with each video. I'll be at ClayCon West in January. If you'll be there, we could meet up in the wild.
I won’t be there but I’ll be thinking about you and all I’m missing.
Peace, love and many healing prayers coming your way.

I’ve had good luck with covering pinhole disasters with 2 coats of honey flux. Not too close to bottom. Seems to smooth out those pinholes
Thanks for sharing your expertise! Have a wonderful Christmas!
Well done you. I love your work and have learnt so much. Relax haha and enjoy the holidays

90% successful, but what a pain to reglaze....in a panic. 😉@@hobblecreekpottery
Would you consider doing a tutorial on how to make the mermaid tail (or fishtail) mug?
Good to see you back fm surgery and healing!

Yes! The other pieces that have no home yet are perfect. Lol, you never know what's going to happen.

It is a little thicker but when stirred up it things out. Yes, I was surprised it was browner on porcelain. It's so pretty on other glazes.

I will sometimes add more glaze. I will heat the pottery up in the oven if I'm in a hurry. Otherwise I just let it dry.
A wonderful Christmas to you too Tiffany. Btw, how's you're husband now? Glad to hear youre recovering.
He's doing great, thank you.
@@hobblecreekpottery that's good, glad to hear it.
How in the world did you glaze those gnomes?????
I didn't attach them. Then glaze glued them in the kiln.
@@hobblecreekpottery I should have guessed that because how would you have glazed it other than that way. You're an inspiration to so many! 🥰
