I can recall..I was in 60 BMA L/c. Not all Green card holders r enough to say they all fit and u can not say all Red card holders r unfit.. there r so many parameter to select. But ISSB changes a person life.. still from my heart I am an Army.. not Navy or Air..its only Army.. its in my blood. Though I have to lead a bloody civilian life... but I own my world.. disciplined .. and command. With my attitude which often not welcomed by civilians.. but to be honest.. Once an officer always an officer .. I find my target.

I successfully screened in ISSB. I stayed there for 4 days. But I got RED CARD. But I haven't lost my hope yet. Gradually, I am going towards my goal. Inshallah, one day I will achieve it. Actually this time I was nervous as you know that I was screened out at the very 1st attempt so I tried to avoid screening out this time and alhamdulillah I successfully did it and also aiming my next target. I think ISSB is more refining process than University Admission test . University Admission test is nothing but a shit . 😭😭 Too much competitive and Challenging . One can perform a great/satisfactory exam in University Admission test, but the lacking of seats and a competition with highly meritorious students, this is too much hicktick for a student . Whereas , we can explore our Actual passion and Knowledge at ISSB . Also , There are no limitations in Military. So that , we have no worry of disastrous competition here . We should just do our best by being smart and humble . Also , University Admission test discourage us to make confidence and lead a smart life . Whereas , ISSB recommends to be confident, bold and smarter . I am from Bangladesh.🇧🇩..
In Bangladesh, University Admission test is a piece of commit Suicide 😔😔😭 . About 1.1M Higher Secondary passed students preform for just 50K seats .
In respect of Dhaka University Admission test , the selection process of that University makes our students to feel the pain of Hell of the After life 🥴🥴 . Other Universities are also too much challenging . Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) is one of them.
So, I think , If you are an Avarage student, afraid of Math or Afraid of Biology or Afraid of Economics , You should try for Army/Navy/Airforce commisioned officer before your Higher Secondary Exam more than your University Admission test . Gather Circulars of Each forces, Buy a perfect book for ISSB , start a smart practice of ISSB besides your College education . Make your body fit , gross up knock knee , make your body a perfect one before Applying for force . Then, you will get the most prestigious point of your life . Don't bother yourself so hard with University Admission test, if you are an Avarage student ....

#সচেতনমূলক কিছু কথা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম।অবশ্যই শেয়ার করবেন আর মানুষকে সচেতন করবেন:
আসলে আমরা ফেসবুক ইউটিউব দেখে অনেক কোচিং সেন্টারে গিয়ে ভর্তি হই। কিন্তু সেই কোচিংগুলো অনলাইনে আমরা যা দেখি বাস্তবতার সাথে আদৌও কোনো মিল নেই। আমি ময়মনসিংহ ডিফেন্স একাডেমীর কথা বলছি। এখানে অনেক আইএসএসবি ক্যান্ডিডেইডরা আসে ইউটিউবে ভিডিও দেখে, তাদের স্বপ্ন পূরণের জন্য, দেশের অন্যান্য কোচিংগুলো থেকে প্রায় দ্বিগুণ তিনগুণ টাকা দিয়ে ভর্তি হয়ে প্রতারণার ফাঁদে পড়ছে। যেমন আমার কথা বলি আমি নিজে প্রাইভেট পড়িয়ে পরিশ্রম করে 24000 টাকা ম্যানেজ করে ময়মনসিংহ ডিফেন্স একাডেমীতে ভর্তি হই (তাদের ফি কোচিং17500+হোস্টেল6500 মোট ২৪হাজার) কিন্তু হয়ে দেখি ইউটিউবে যা দেখাচ্ছে বাস্তবতার সাথে কোনো মিল নেই। তাদের নিজস্ব কোন গ্রাউন্ড নেই কিন্তু ছাদের উপর একটা গ্রাউন্ড আছে এটা অনেক বিপদজনক যেকোনো সময় যে কেউ নিচে পড়ে যেতে পারে গ্রাউন্ড এর কাজ করার সময়। কিন্তু ইউটিউবে দেখা যায় তাদের অনেক কিছুই আছে। তারপর ক্লাসের মধ্যে কোনো কিছুই সলভ করে দেয় না, কে কোন জায়গায় ভুল করতেছে কিছুই উনি(মাহবুবজামান ওভিন স্যার) ধরে দেন না সবাই যার যার মতো করেই পড়তে হয়। তারপর হোস্টেলের কথা কি বলব একটা বাইরের লোকাল হোটেলে খাবার খাইতে দেয় খুবই বাজে পরিবেশ। আমি চার-পাঁচ দিন খাবার খেয়ে অসুস্থ হয়ে গিয়েছি। তারপর ছোট একটা রুমে চারজন থাকতে দেয় মোট পাঁচটা রুমে আমরা 22 জন ছিলাম আর বাথরুম ছিল মাত্র একটা। সকালে উঠে ১ঘন্টা সিরিয়াল ধরেই দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতে হয়। বাথরুমের অবস্থাও খুবই বাজে। তারপর তাদের ব্যবহারও অনেক খারাপ। আমি এগুলো সবার কাছে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করছি কারণ কেউ যেন এরকম কোচিং গুলোর ফাঁদে পরে নিজের স্বপ্ন গুলো শেষ করে না ফেলে। অনেকের বাবা মা অনেক কষ্ট করে টাকাগুলো দিয়ে অনেক স্বপ্ন নিয়ে পাঠায়, তাই আমরা সবাইকে সচেতন করি শেয়ার করে।

আমি Rangpur Cadet College এর Student ছিলাম । আমার খুবই ইচ্ছা ছিল বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীতে যোগদান করার ।
কিন্তু এটা দুঃখজনক হলেও সত্য যে সেনাবাহিনীতে বেশি Talent Student-দেরকে নেয়া হয় না ।
তাই আমার হয় নি ।
কিন্তু সেনাবাহিনির পরীক্ষা তথা ISSB-তে আমার Performance Outstanding ছিল ।
আমার চাইতেও কম যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন ছেলে-মেয়েরা এখন সামরিক বাহিনিতে ।
কিন্তু আমিও হার মানিনি
মহান আল্লাহপাকের অশেষ রহমতে আমি এখন অনেক সম্মান অর্জন করেছি একজন Public Speaker বা Debater হয়ে .
তারা আমাকে SELECT করেনি কিন্তু আমার চাইতে কম যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন ছেলে মেয়ে পেয়েছিল ।
ISSB is not a fair exam.
Bangladesh is a corrupted country.
So Definitely in ISSB of Bangladesh Army there is also corruption.
আল্লাহ পাকের কসম করে বলসি ...
বাংলাদেশ ISSB তে দুর্নীতি আছে.
That's why they selected village boys who even cannot speak in English inspite of selecting cadet college students.
কারন আমি গুণবান একজন ছেলে যা আমি প্রমান করেছি ...
আমি আমার পড়ালেখার পাশাপাশি English Debate করি।
এবং আমি মাত্র দেড় বছরে মহান আল্লাহ পাকের অশেষ রহমতে আমি 10 বার ENGLISH PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION এ National Award পেয়েছি ।
তার মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র DHAKA UNIVERSITY থেকেই 5 বার AWARD পেয়েছি ।

আজকে যদি ISSB BOARD-এ Corruption না থাকতো , তাহলে হয়তোবা আমিও Army Officer হতাম ,
যদিও আল্লাহ্পাক ইচ্ছা করলেও আমাকে Army Officer করতে পারতেন ,
এখানে উনার কোনো দোষ নাই দুর্নীতি করে Bangladesh Army , আমার আল্লাহ্পাকের কি দোষ ??
আর Army Officer হলে আজকে এই দুঃখ সহ্য করতে হতো না
আমার একটু হলেও Talent আছে যার অছিলাতে আমি মাত্র দেড় বছরে মহান আল্লাহ পাকের অশেষ রহমতে এতগুলো AWARDS অর্জন করেছি ।
BANGLADESH ARMY Talent Students-দের Select করে না ।
কিন্তু এই কথা কেন তারা প্রকাশে বলে না ??
Because ISSB Board এর Officer রা ঘুয খায় বা সুপারিশ ছাড়া কাউকে নায় না ।
এটাই চূড়ান্ত । আর তা না হলে নারায়ণগঞ্জে ৭ খুন সেনাবাহিনী রাই করেছিল ঘুয খাইয়া ।আমি দুঃখিত , কিছু মনে করবেন না । কারন আমার মনের দুঃখ একমাত্র আমি আর আমার আল্লাহপাক জানেন ।
বাংলাদেশ সেনাবহিনি আমার সাথে যে অবিচার করেছে তার জবাব আমি দিব আমার গুনের মাধ্যমে

2nd ISSB : General Board , 2024A05 , Course:92nd BMA, Maroon Group , Chest No 127. Date: 4feb-7feb 2024 ,Got Red Card for psychological lackings though I was the only person who passed the PAT items & took bonus as well. But ISSB is totally unpredictable 😃
3rd ISSB: pending 93rd BMA LC ( Got Biodata Message) inng sha Allah I will give update if i got Recommended. ( Alhamdulillah Got GC in repeater Board)
