There's lots of reasons why you should create your own Instagram Links page on your Squarespace website instead of using a software like LinkInBio or Linktree. I created my links with custom CSS but you can create your own links in canva by creating a new document (button sized), design your buttons/graphics, download as images, upload your images to Squarespace via Image Blocks, add links to the Image Blocks :)

Hey Danielle! You can look at just your regular Squarespace analytics but it doesn't give you the same analytics as Linktree with the individual button clicks. But you could set this up in Google analytics :)
Do you recommend using a landing page or using a regular website page with your standard header/footer?
I would use a regular page! But you can remove your header + footer with some CSS if you would prefer that your audience only focusses on the specific links! The landing pages/cover pages in Squarespace are quite limited in design so that's why I'd recommend doing it that way.

Yes! You can share this link anywhere. Just make sure the site looks good on mobile and desktop, as if people are coming from TH-cam they might be on desktop while if people are coming from Insta they'll likely be on their phones :)
This may be a very stupid question, but since my IG page currently shows my website URL in that location, what is the advantage of replacing it with a "Link In Bio" page...?
You can add specific links to the page that you want your IG visitors to be able to access easily. Depending on what you post on Instagram, in your posts you can say "link in bio" and then when they click the link in your bio, they should be able to find the link you're talking about really easily, instead of having to search through your website. You can change up this page however/whenever you want to to align with whatever you're promoting on instagram. Or just put the main links you want people to visit there.
