    Hi! For that last part you did where you created a pin on your blog ... what if you don't have a blog, but you have products that you'd love to have "rich pin" information. Are there options for creating something similar in a Squarespace store? Thanks!

      Yes! When you're adding your product, there will be an area somewhere called "additional information" which is basically an area where you can add any blocks after your product details. You could add Pin-images here :) support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206541037-Adding-additional-information-to-products

    I have the code but I have no where to connect it my style of website. I have a Square website not Square space.

      You'll need to reach out to Pinterest, Square and Squarespace are not connected at all and I don't know anything about Square sorry

      @@BigCatCreative Thank you. Yes, Square knew where the code goes. No one on TH-cam really has square much, square space is way more popular. I figured it out.

    Why is it bad to pin from your editor vs. your regular site?

    • @BigCatCreative
      @BigCatCreative  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Because it will link back to your editor URL (eg yoursitename.squarespace.com instead of yoursitename.com) - not a biggie but might cause issues down the line

    • @jamiem4779
      @jamiem4779 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BigCatCreative I never knew that, thank-you! I also always wondered in the editor if you're enabling pinterest in a product under marketing>social accounts it gives you the option of %t or %u I would assume the %u to take you to the url is better? but was confused about that. Or are you saying to bypass that part of the editor and strictly pin from your website directly?

    • @BigCatCreative
      @BigCatCreative  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jamiem4779 When sharing with Pinterest, you don't need to include the %u variable because the post's URL pushes automatically. Check out the recommendations here support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543937#toc-publish-and-share-your-content
