When it comes to skins in Kuro Games, they not only change the outfit of the character, but they also change the animations, effects, basically all of the things that you can see. And they just won't make skins out of nowhere, sometimes, they even go out of their way and officially reference their work to the different culture they've implemented to the skin. The amount of effort they put into a skin is so damn good. They will really make you feel that IT IS a skin, everything's new and unique, but still all of this is in PGR.
I just really hope that they will still implement this amount of effort in WuWa if they were to announce skins in it.

If KURO does give the PGR skin treatment to Wuthering Waves, then by far itll sell more just from cosmetics, skins and customizable asssets for WuWa characters overall and thats a BIG W for KURO if it does happen

Personally, I don't like "revealing" outfits. I like more casual clothes or outfits that the characters will wear to be appropriate for the different regions they go to. For example, with the newly released map, they should have clothes for snowy weather.
Well I have reversed opinion)) I love revealing skins, but not bland as just bikini, but more like stellar blade stuff.
Casual clothes are a bit out of place in any fighting, but if we got more social gameplay, it would be cool. Like Yinlin's spy transformations.

In my opinion, if the skin does not include a slight change in the skill image, it is very normal. For example, in the swimsuit skin, the dragon image changes to a water dragon, which is really great.😊
they do special skins in pgr that do change the attack animation styles

As much as I like looking at these skins respectfully👀, I really want Kuro to focus on making skins that almost completly change the look of the character with really cool unique effects. like Bianca's Dark Inc skin from PGR for example, one of the coolest skins the game has.
