I have been to Lulu Supermarket in Dubai, Riyadh, and Salalah in Oman. Lulu is one of my fave Supermarket in the Middle East... I heard they are also going to open in the Philippines... hope to visit soon. What i love about Lulu is their varieties of everything. I looove their massive spices aisle. Bangalore is actually heaven for cute notebooks if you know where to look. My girlfriend is really into them and on all of our return trips to Canada from India, half our bags are filled with notebooks and journals. They are usually not found online or in department stores though. Usually smaller stationery shops and bookstores have them.

Hi Ivana! When I went to Bengaluru a few years ago, I saw Ben & Jerry's store in a mall. I do not remember the name of the mall, but it was one of the smaller ones (not so good looking either, unlike other malls) with multiple stories. And you mentioned stationaries culture - I don't know much about finding stationaries in malls now, but we used to have so many different varieties when I was there about two decades ago. I used to collect different kinds and used the fancy ones to write letters. They had so many cute designs on the paper itself, some were made by hand and flower petals, some had good fragrances. I do not live in India any more, and I miss them. They were easily available in small stationary stores all over the city (we did not had mall back then).
