It has to do with TH-cam restricting channels who have child-specific appeal. While LEGO is a universally loved toy, it is often geared for younger audiences. See more information by looking up about TH-cam and COPPA between September and December 2019.
Very nice city MOC! I like the tropical nature of the color scheme, especially with green and yellowish orange. Simple but useful interior too.
