Hi, all this animation only works in ePub3? Hola, estás animaciones sólo funcionan en un ePub3? Cómo se puede c¡exportar para verlo en un navegador?, how can I share it to my client like html? Thanks
Just came across your channel while searching for InDesign animation, excellent videos and a very clear explanation, couldn't hit the Subscribe button quick enough :) I have noticed on your other videos you provided a link to download the tutorial files, is it possible to get the resource for this video please? Thanks
Hey there! Thanks for your support! I'll hunt down the document/assets and attach them in the description! I only started adding the assets on a permanent basis over the last couple months.
Hi Amanda. Not directly from InDesign. But open the Flipsnack Editor and you can place video and additional, interactive elements into your project. Take care!
Hey Mariana. Depends what platform and orientation it will be viewed on most. You can use magazine size for publications but if it is meant for screens, yes, 1920x 1080 is great option! :)
Hey Serhat! No unfortunately it won’t work for pdf interactive. However you can export for epub fixed (fixed layout) to view in an e-reader like Apple Books. If you publish online you also have the option to embed the project on your own website.
Hey Clarence! Any type of interaction design for digital publishing. For instance, if a magazine wanted to create a digital version with interactivity and buttons. Or if a company/branded wanted to produce an interactive catalogue for online publishing. Great question and best of luck in your career path.
@@AngeloMontilla hey could you look up a chrome add-on called Peardeck... Could you build something like this with your skill base?? What type of training/skills/code would allow someone to create such?
@@emilyschaedle8482 Glad you did. I was just about to reply. The trick is hovering over the anchor point with the direct selection tool and when you see that little white box next to the white arrowhead, click. The anchor point will be highlighted and then you are good to go.
Quick suggestion, maybe have a final result preview at start of the video. This way people know what is the video all about. Great video Thank you

Hi Nedko. Animation is not supported for PDF. I would Publish Online and embed it on a website. Or just share the Adobe-hosted link. Thanks!
I take my hat off to you! 💁♀
You're too kind Meryem! I am glad the tutorials are helping!

Do these animations work on Flipsnack?

hello angelo. another great video. what size page do you usually use or recomend? for fxl epub. 1920x1080px? thank you

Can this interactive feature be used only on the site?
cannot be used in a downloadable pdf file?

This is only working with ePub right? None of the animation is shown in an interactive PDF, or?
That's correct Chris. Stay away from PDF for interactivity. Unless you're doing simple button navigation and hyperlinks.
I love it
What type of career does this work??

It's not working for me, the direct selection tool to make the arrow.
Figured it out. It's a bit tricky,

When I export the PDF doesnt animate
Hey there. Animation isn't supported for PDF (Interactive). Export as EPub (Fixed Layout) and view in an E-Reader.
@@AngeloMontilla and when I want to add in Presentation it doesn't working.
update?
hidden until triggered
Love it.
is she going to ride a bike or not?
InDesign doesn't offer that type of animation. You'd have to use Animate.
