So much glorious sonic texture. This synth is magnificent insanity.
Arturia's engineers/musicians/employees must have big hearts of love for music to create and build this instrument. A great stage instrument to define a bands foundational signature sound. 30 years from now we will be talking about the band who used the PolyBrute to achieve success and innovation in music, we will discuss the band and the synth that made it happen.

I just got this machine yesterday. Its my very first hardware synth. I went to a local store and explained what I wanna do and whats important to me (like fully analog sound generation). So I am not a synth expert and I guess I cannot even really appreciate what the polybrute is capable of. But the more I see and inform myself it seems it's a 100% the right choice and I am very happy about it. I am into synthwave and atmsopheric synth music and I need the vintage touch...so it seems perfect to me. I am looking forward to explore the wonders of this Synth!

The thing that arturia is really good at and why I think they're great for the next generation of synths and electronic music is that they knew things we wanted to see from them before we really reached out to them, for instance microfreak saw an incredible upgrade with vocoder mode, I had also had the idea that since other well known synth companies have flagship synths, arturia needed one and they already did it, I predict arturia will innovate further for the future of electronic music🎛🎹😀

This sound seems like a blend of Vangelis & Wendy Carlos; very much looking forward to hearing more.
The author of the music is the performer, Thierry Châtelain, who also happens to be one of the engineers who designed the synth. He has been designing the PolyBrute for the last 2 years now, and he worked on the MaxiBrute before that.

beautiful decision making arturia to build a REAL analog syntheziser AND at the same time implement these newly thought features with all the touch controller stuff. feels like first time for me to see it. felt like in the past i always had to decide which of these two paths i want to go. really impressive piece of gear

No brainer, keep it . Every knob you turn on MB gives you goose bumps while playing it. I literally go off world when you get in "the zone" with it . Love your work btw
It's exactly what I have been dreaming about ever since I got my Matrixbrute.
Switching presets took very long on the MatrixBrute - Wonderful to see that they got the time down so much that you can morph between two of them now!
Actually, each preset has 2 states and you can continuously morph between states A & B within the same preset, but you can also pick a B state from another preset while you are playing!

Bon les gars d'Arturia, ils auraient pu se contenter de faire un poly matrix brute, et avoir un polyphonique intéressant...
Mais non il faut qu'ils en rajoute une couche d'innovation dans la manière de transformer le son en temps réel, pour avoir des évolutions complexes, et en plus avec un ruban et le morphee .
Et en plus la bête sonne bien.
Bravo, un polyphonique analogique bien de son temps, qui devrait ravir de nombreux instrumentistes.

WOW this is probably the most beautiful instrument in the world!! Half a year ago I was quite sure to buy the Minilogue XD, then it was the Cobalt8 or Argon8 (still not sure), then it was a Novation Peak, recently I found a great demo for the Behringer Pro-1, right before that I came across the Hydrasynth, few days before I’ve found the Studiologic Sledge 2 in this yellow body, then a good friend uploaded a stunning video with the Iridium (holy shit) and now this beauty ❤️ All right, first I will dive into my Microfreak and will see what’s next... probably Pigments 3. Merci Arturia for this video and the amazing Polybrute!
I was about to pull the trigger on buying a Novation Summit. I just needed to click the button to process the payment, but then I saw this video, and thankfully changed course. Now, if only I could find or create this patch!

As my collection of vintage synths is reasonable, its hard to be excited in the modern era... I dont want another modern clone.....Ive got the Arturia collection for that.. ;)
however.,..this.. THIS is majestic,. It really has captured what is more important, what makes analog what it is, but the innovation of what modern ideas can add without taking away the foundation of what is...... in my eyes and ears... A synth of epicness.,
