I definitely learned a lot and feel good about my decisions but I am now leaning towards more of those collective stocks you talked about towards the end
ETFs are all I personally invest in. The ones that work for me are VTI and VOO. I own zero individual stocks.

I know you do a lot of how to videos. I am a newcomer thinking about getting into stocks. But I have a question. What’s the difference of buying a little percentage of a share in a stock then buying just one whole share of that stock? I see that you don’t really buy a whole share, you just buy a little percentage of the share. Like I said I’m new to this. If you could make a video about this topic it would be very helpful. Thank you.
The only difference is the dollar amount you're buying. The returns, from a % perspective, will be exactly the same whether you buy a full share or a fraction of a share. The good thing about being able to buy a fraction of a share is that you can buy into a stock/ETF immediately with any amount as opposed to sitting around waiting until you have enough to buy 1 full share.
What’s the Lifetime Performance display on Cash App investing? How is my initial investment different from the the value at sale if I have only had the investment for around a week? The sale value is listed as double the amount invested? Thanks for your time.
I always buy on the dip and ride the rip. It worked for me
Rip and dip. It worked for me with GME earlier this year as well...but I'm not convinced that I can consistently replicate that success over a long period of time. Glad it's worked for you so far, but be prepared for it to stop working at some point. If your goal is to make a quick buck then do that and get out. Don't get too greedy.

Correct, you don't lose money until you sell for a loss

Whichever investment platform you use will mail you the tax documents to file with your yearly taxes. You'll pay the taxes on your profits at that time.

What happens if cash app quit being a company? What happens to the stocks that you have purchased within the cash app app?
It won’t quit anytime soon
You'll still own the stocks. The investment side of Cash App is kind of like a separate entity so if Cash App as a company fails then it doesn't matter to your stocks. Hypothetically, if that did happen (which is extremely unlikely) then you'd be allowed to transfer your shares to a different brokerage.

You'll have to deposit money. The free stock should be available after that.
