Powder Coating Time! JDM Mini Truck K24 Swap in Honda Acty - Rare Kei Engine Mod Adventure

- We are powder coating some parts on the Acty while we wait for the rear axel to return from fabrication. While we are highly focused on the K24 motor swap, this build also deserves some cosmetic upgrades. Luckily for us we own and operate a powder coating shop so we're going to powder coat everything that we can get our hands on. We also have some brand new Enkei wheels that will be revealed on the truck. Don't worry, wheel and tire specs will be provided.
Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make this Honda K24 motor swap happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.

never thought of using concrete mix to blast with. does it leave a good profile?
Haha we definitely do not blast with concrete mix. We were storing those bags in the blast container to keep them dry. 😂
@@insaneimports_official what do you all use them? It looked same color as what's in the bag so I assumed it was that.
We use a fine coal slag.
u should source parts and these cars out of taiwan. the trucks 🚚 are left handed and wide variety of.colors
