I can't wait to see how you transform your basement into a home a home gym looks like a lot of work.
Don't you think your DIY space should be in the basement and the theater should be in the loft? Just saying. Also you should never have your guest bedroom so close to your master. 😮
Well, actually, we may turn both spaces for me to do DIY. I like using the lost space because if I want to film, I need natural light and an open space for filming. I would use more cutting and stuff like that because I have to stop using the garage the cars just get so dusty, a woodworking space would be more ideal. But in regards to the basement the theater room made more sense for us there because we wanted it to be dark, secluded away from everything to really immerse ourselves in the movies.
