Fantastic result 👏👏. You just wonder if the low amount of coins that were issued into circulation between April 2022 and March 2023 had some bearing on these new definitives coming out? In which case we may see quite a few going into circulation by the end of the year, but maybe not every denomination (we are still waiting for the 2021 Britannia £2!). Privy marks are only on the sets and not on circulated coins, so it will be easy to spot if someone decides to break a set up and pay some into circulation. 🙂

I've never been fortunate to see any of these alphabet 10p coins in my change, and with a lot of shops only accepting cards, well, there's the dilemma 😢.

I somehow doubt the RM will put ANY of the 2 pound definitives into circulation considering they've never released the 2021 Britannia 2 pounds! I also doubt that they will release ANY of the QE2 coins still held in long store, in my view those will be melted down

Apparently King Charles has insisted that no Queen Elizabeth coins should be melted down, but just issued into circulation as and when required.

I would guess you will probably complete a 3rd 2018 set before finding the remaining 2019’s but I hope I’m wrong 😑

Chris, you might find that last coin from hunting in about a decade 🤣 Something very special about these 10p coins, I rate them higher than Kew Gardens as the rarity of them means in the future...well, I'm not mentioning it. Nobody needs to know before it is too late. 😋
