    Warmup
    1x 100 BOTS
    1x hard borts
    1x deathmatch
    End
    15x 100 elim
    30x hard bots
    4-5deathmatch

    • @plaguedphant0m
      @plaguedphant0m ปีที่แล้ว +1

      what is the difference between 30 hard bots and 1 hard bots? does it mean doing it 30 times?

    • @Ocsoco72
      @Ocsoco72 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@plaguedphant0m yes. The warmup would mean you kill 130 bots total. One times elim100 and one times hard bots.
      The actual aim training being 15 times elim 100s and 30 times hard bots.
      PS i firmly believe it works. I've done it for a couple months now and have seen dramatic improvements

      @@Truth___ Hi! If you take a peep at my channel, I just reached Plat almost a week ago. It certainly helped especially the "Kill 100 bots" part in having the discipline and taking my time to aim at enemy heads in mid to long range duels.

    For the beginners (1.3k hrs of apex but relatively new to tac fps) would you recommend the prems method or the nats routine? I’ve been using prems method for 3 days now and I found my aim is not consistent, I’m leaning towards it’s a game sense thing but I’m not sure though

    • @Kevvyn-

      i would just watch the yay fundamentals video th-cam.com/video/2rUpglPIlQE/w-d-xo.html and on top of that have a warmup routine and do some training on like a aim trainer if that is your thing
