I was not pressing it, and the red light came on. There was a ghost that was standing next to me, filming the video and pressing the button while I was going to upload this video.
Crosswalks always do that. I live near a crosswalk and I can confirm that there is not a ghost. It’s maybe to give people a chance to cross without pressing the button
@@TakoElevators yeah it’s because it doesn’t have a wave sensor in it so it’s probably the button at the opposite direction that triggered the button in the video. Polara’s buttons use communication and that works. It also gives haptic feedback when you press and hold it in case the intersection is too busy.

That’s probably a Polara iDS but it doesn’t have the “push or wave at button for walk sign” sign on it
