I’m blessed because when you prayed, I closed my eyes and touched the phone with my left hand and I raised my right hand when I felt like a wave of water covered me from body head to toe and like an energy the flows within me. @39:13 This (Romans 16:20) is a real vital key that Bobby is telling everyone who is facing any difficulty - including difficulty with your children. This is a secret weapon of atomic magnitude in the spiritual realm and in prayer. Let me explain ... Now we know Ephesians 6:12 tells us "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against a spiritual wickedness in high places." Okay we know that. but why do we get inconsistent results in prayer even if we go around quoting this and other scriptures that we know declares the truth of God. It's because of this simple key of staying focused on the Lord in prayer. What Bobby says is true. The enemy will do subtle covert things and even audacious overt things to get you out of step with peace. It's the devil's banana peel. The devil knows that's all it takes. I'll give you a real life example that will put it into a perfect illustration for you & put skin on it. I know a woman who had raised her children in a very good bible-believing church and had lived a righteous life and taught her children about the Lord and they'd all gotten saved as children. But her youngest child got involved with a corrupt friend in high school and sympathized with the kid's feelings of disappointment and self pity. And that opened the door to spiritual influence over this child's behavior and even how this child mentally processed thoughts and feelings. The more she sympathized with hurt teen peers, the more it started changing her mind and personality ... and not for the good. There was some sort of a transference of a spirit which sounds really strange kind of concept, but before long she didn't even recognize her own child's personality. She had been kind and respectful toward others including parents and teachers. She was sweet and considerate. And she was highly responsible and trustworthy. But her whole personality had completely changed in a very rapid amount of time. Suddenly she was skipping class and failing subjects. Lying and gettibg into bad things. She was asking to quit school. She would come in from being with her friends and go to her room and just break down in tears and refuse to talk about what was wrong. Her language became foul. Her outlook on life became bleak. Her behavior towards all adults became highly disrespectful. She became filled with animous & hate toward her mother and even towards herself inwardly. Her daughter's self-image just went through the floor. Unrealistically things made her angry or upset. She became unconsolable and unrealistic and completely unreachable. she twisted everybody's words and shockingly accused her mother falsely of things that were not true. Frequently she would have emotional breakdowns or she would cry and say that her mother did not love her. And I knew the woman very well and I knew she had struggled very hard to raise her children in the absence of their father who deserted the family. In fact I was aware that she had done something that put her own life on the line to save the life of her youngest child. The Lord called this woman into a 3day fast. It seemed the fast was unrelenting and in a way it was for spiritual development. And at the end of The Fast the Lord showed her "how to get a word from the Lord". She said she got a word from the Lord about things that she been praying about that were unrelated to this issue with her daughter. But the issue with her daughter head swiftly come to the forefront of her concerns. So she took an extra day to get before the Lord on a Saturday morning and seek the Lord for daughter. And just before the end of this 3 hours of praying and reading the scripture this Stillness fell over her and she heard the voice of the Holy Spirit from within her innermost being say to her "I will bring her back to you". And cuz she was given a vision also of a small white car kicking her daughter out on the pavement and jetting off. Jetting off. Things worsened quickly with the girl as I described above. There soon the mother was seeking the Lord in prayer ... when Lord will you bring her back to me. During this time the mother shared that she needed prayer for her child in a church prayer group that she attended to pray for members of the church who needed. A man and woman happened to be there that who had never been there before- and she went Faithfully every week but she had never seen this couple. The woman said they had a grown son who had gotten addicted to drugs and was homeless and living in the streets. And they had never kicked him out and I had begged him to come home and get help but he just refused he would not leave this homeless Street lifestyle of drug addiction. So every week they were taking clean clothes and food to him where he was. She told this mother you can't get make your children come back. They'll just be gone for years and years. The mother was quite taken aback by that she could see that this lady's words were describing the experience she was having with her son. But she knew she could not accept this. She could not waver in her fight for her child. The woman told the Lord that she did not accept what that woman said. And after all she already had the Lord tell her that He would bring her back. But she felt more desperate than ever to see this through before it dragged into years. The mother kept seeking the Lord for an answer to WHEN. She used the newly found method that she had learned at the end of the 3-day fast to hear from the Lord. And she kept getting "10 days" . But 10 days would come and go and no change. After a couple of months had passed, became distraught and cried out "Lord what the 10 days mean??" ( she waited but there was no response) The next day at Church she hope to hear something that would give her an answer or Direction. At the close of the service while the pastor was giving the benediction he interrupted himself and said to the congregation " there is someone here who has fasted for 3 days for an answer for something but it hasn't come to pass. Mnd the Lord wants you to know to fast again for 10 days and it will be done. Wow she was astounded. So she prepared herself to do a Daniel Fast and dedicate herself in mealtimes to prayer and meditation. This is where that key that Bobby Conner is saying in Romans About halfway through this fast oh, the daughter comes in from school one afternoon and makes a hateful statement to her mother. In the woman did not react to the mean comment but just continued making supper. The daughter saying that her mother to not react try to make an attack verbally on her mother that she was somehow being mean to her daughter by not responding to her daughter's mean Jabs. Just for a second inside the moms Spirit she felt her anger Rising over the nasty behavior of her daughter. But she heard the voice of the Lord speak in that Split Second and say to her "DO NOT ENGAGE. JUST PRAY." Sell another abade and said nothing back to the daughter at all. She did not make any attempt to correct her or respond in any way. She didn't look at her or say one word. She just buckled down and focus on her prayers with the Lord. The next day she realized but that was a pivotal moment in her fasting that the enemy tried to disrupt the power of the fast. That was a crucial moment. But she stayed in peace like the scripture in Romans says that Bobby is talking about. She finished the 10-day fast and on the 11th day the Lord himself did a miracle and broke off do friendships and the boyfriend all on the same day within the same hour Just Before Sunset. By the way both the toxic friends and the toxic boyfriend drove a white car. The boyfriend who at the time of the vision drove a green Honda. But on the day of Deliverance, he drove a new car a white Jetta. He dumped her out of the car and her belongings on the pavement in the driveway. And the toxic Frenemies came by and dumped her belongings on her mom's back porch. They announced snively to her mother that they were breaking their friendship off with her daughter. Staying in peace and staying focused on the Lord are paramount. H it doesn't mean that the situation is not upsetting. It just means you're not violating the Peace of the Lord. You're staying focused on him and hearing from him.
